A Truly Special Place — Anne and Arthur Art Supply Store I stopped by Anne and Arthur Art Supply Store the other day to make some copies to market a local fundraising event. Of course, Erin, the owner, made it so much more than a boring errand. Without asking, she took some time to sit with me and help tweak my design — a few thoughtful adjustments completely transformed our piece. As always, she went above and beyond (and then some more).

While I waited for stuff to print, I wandered through the store — and honestly, it’s pure magic. Every shelf, every corner is filled with carefully chosen supplies and gifts that just pull you in and spark your creativity! I couldn’t resist picking up a few things.

UPDATE: Thank you for your attention to this issue. Some things to keep in mind why this is important. We want to have the option of independence. If you are lifting people over the threshold, that opens up liability issues on your part (ie: damage a chair, hurt the user). As an artist, I would absolutely come in if I saw the ramp down. If you wont have it out all the time, I recommend adding a small handicap-decal near the door to signal us there is an option. Thank you again.

ORIGINAL: I can't give any stars because I couldn't enter the store with my wheelchair. Can you please add a throwdown ramp during your open hours? You can pull it up when you are closed and wont interfere with any historical building quidelines. FTR, they are less than $200 - Amazon, Uline, etc. By adding the ramp, you make your shop...
