Moss Creek Village Furniture — Local services in Hilton Head Island

Recently we went furniture shopping for our new home. After checking out several stores we settled on Moss Creek Village Furniture because their quality was far superior to all the others, it turned out to be the best decision we could have ever made as we had the most fantastic experience with them. From the moment we walked into the door we knew we were in good hands. Their sales staff were very personable, polite and professionalism and we never felt any pressure to buy. Linda and Nikki were wonderful and guided us through various concepts and designs, which helped us to decide which pieces would best fit with our home decor. They were very patient with us, ensuring we were were more than happy with our final selections. Throughout the process, from order date through delivery, they kept in touch, giving us updates, as necessary. Brian Saul, Store Manager, we cannot say enough about his professionalism. He was wonderful to us, he personally called us the day prior to delivery, to request our feedback should we have any concerns. The delivery was flawless, the helpers were courteous and friendly and made sure we were happy with everything before they left.

We would highly recommend Moss Creek Village for all your furniture needs. Hands down, they are the best in the business.

Purchased a couch from this store. The purchase was made the second time I went into the store. The first time I looked at the couch was in the morning where the sales person told me that it would be an additional 10% off when I went in in the afternoon to purchase the couch he said he made a mistake once I told him I was interested. We continued with the purchase the couch was on the floor and it was discounted so we bought it we let the sales person know that we are looking for the matching loveseat. He never got back to us I called the store at least two times spoke to him he said he would look see what he can do and nothing not even a courtesy call saying he could not find it. This is for a vacation home that we don't really visit during the winter the couch wrapped and never used. I called to speak to the manager to see what options we had with this couch and boy did he get nasty. If you know what you're purchasing, do your homework there are much better options in Hilton head with better reviews. if you're into high quality and good service then stay away especially from the manager Brian. Brian is just as nasty as can be. There is nothing wrong with him saying nothing can be done but his attitude is disgusting, disrespectful and...

Zero Stars, actually. Absolutely horrible customer service. Nice high-end things, but all they seem interested in is a sale at the end of the day--NOT your satisfaction. They rush and push you into a sale, very high pressure. I purchased from them and while the delivery was great, and the quality is great (not because they have anything to do with the build, thanks goes to FlexSteel) the sales staff gets annoyed with your questions about the products after awhile. This shouldn't be. They should be more than eager to answer any and all questions you have, even if you walk out without buying anything that trip and return several more times. Each visit should feel like its the first visit, and for the money we pay these "sales people" the expectation is clear. Do your jobs well or get out of the people business.
