Nice place but lacks attention to detail... On July 25th we "ordered" a dresser for our new home and had to wait 6 weeks for it to be delivered. As we didn't received any status reports we called the store only to find out the dresser had arrived late August. As I was in the area with a my brother in laws pick up truck I decided I would pick the dresser up.. Upon arrival I find that the "Dresser" was miss ordered and I now have a Chest of Drawers. What irks me about this whole deal is that "Jill" our sales person was in our house on a design visit and new explicitly what we wanted for our bedroom. Fast forward… After expressing my frustration, management somehow found the identical piece in stock at the manufacturer...hmmmmm. So a week later we get a call that the dresser had arrived and can they deliver; no problem. So we schedule accordingly, however, hurricane Dorian was now part of the game so we delayed until after it passed. But again, no followup call from Jill with a new delivery date. So we call Jill and we are told the dresser was "rescheduled" for delivery on 9/10/19 at 9:00 am...SURPRISE! It is now 10am and not having received the dresser or a call as to the delay, I call the store only to find out that a "shipment of furniture" had arrived and the shipping department has to UNLOAD THE TRUCK!!! before they can make deliveries.. so it will be at least a another 30 mins before they arrive as I have been told. Have they ever heard of CUSTOMERS FIRST! especially after we have waited patiently over 2 months.. Maybe my expectations...
   Read moreI wasn’t going to write a review at all but I want others to please be aware of what you truly are spending your hard earned money on. I purchased my sofa (Universal) a little over 6 months ago. The worst purchase I have ever made. I fell in love with the way the sofa sits and the design - never in my mind thinking that after 4 months the covers would just start ripping apart. I drove to the store and spoke with CJ very nice man unfortunately he couldn’t help me - I waited for Mallory to email me back after sending her pictures and due to the fact the sofa was on sale there is no warranty. I even stated I didn’t mind buying replacement covers and the words of advice was it would be better and cheaper for you to make them yourself. I wasted over $1,100 on garbage....
   Read moreI really appreciate the great selection of quality furniture here, as well as the very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. In particular, I want to mention CJ, who came and spent an hour at my house helping me determine whether the furniture I was considering would fit into my space or be too large. (We decided it would be too large.) At no time did I feel like his main agenda was to sell me any particular piece of furniture, but rather to try to help me come up with a general seating configuration that would work with the space I had and create a harmonious flow with the rooms around it. He was incredibly helpful and I’m so grateful for his generosity of spirit and knowledge. I will definitely be making my future furniture purchases at...
