7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Hilton Head Island

I came in on Thursday July 24th around 3:30 ish and ordered a medium cold brew, half breve, with 2x sweet funnel cake and cold foam. To start, the guy who took my order Jack was literally the sweetest person ever! He is the ONLY reason I’m giving a 2 and not a 1 star. I have come to this location SEVERAL times and every time they forget to add cream even though I legit order it with cream. How do you forget to add something that’s on the freaking order?! Well anyway, seems like Jack is the only person working in this dang place. There were SEVERAL teenagers inside playing on their phone, slapping each other with towels, laughing and goofing off meanwhile there were 7 cars just sitting waiting. There was 1 guy making drinks but even he was goofing off. I sat there for probably close to 10 minutes until finally they noticed I’d been sitting too long. Turns out they closed out my order before they ever even made it. Because of this, they just asked me what I ordered but of course it wasn’t made right. Jack was nice enough to get me more syrup and apologized over and over but I swear he was the ONLY person actually doing any work and in 95 degree heat! Like poor kid was out taking orders alone with SEVERAL cars in that heat while his coworkers were inside goofing off. At one point everyone disappeared to God knows where and left the 1 guy making drinks and Jack. So moral of the story is they have got to stop leaving these kids to run the place alone if they aren’t going to work and 2 Jack needs a raise for being the only person who was nice and...

EDIT: literally zero response by email still. Not sure why they don’t care about this. As you can see there’s several others saying the same thing I did about the mean girls.

I had the worst experience of service I’ve ever had in my life here. Pure rage from the girl who took my order.

I asked for my drink to be a medium hot, cinnamon roll, a quarter sweet. I received it iced, so let them know it was supposed to be hot. They made it hot but not a 1/4 sweet So I let them know and the girl threw so angrily the drink across the store with so much force that there’s milk splattered everywhere on the floor. Then I got my next drink a small with zero flavoring.

The girls at this location are extremely hostile and petty I’ve never encountered such level of immaturity. They all let this behavior happen and even enabled it by one of the other girls handing me my small plain latte. Horrible. I frequent so many coffee places and I’ve never experienced such hostility. I’ve never been to a 7 Brew. When we arrived, the drive thru line was out to the main road, blocking traffic. We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to get to our car to take our order. She was nice, but clearly overwhelmed by the amount of cars around her. We had no idea what our options were, but ordered lattes anyway. We waited another 10 minutes to get to the window where we got our coffee. At this point when we are closest to the building, Deftones and other odd music choices are blaring, making it hard to hear anything else. The music was incredibly loud and overstimulating. Another 5 minutes goes by when the ever-disappearing window worker asks if we have even ordered yet and what we ordered. She leaves for a while, comes back with nothing, leaves again, and then finally brings our drinks. We got our coffee and left, but had to stop soon after because one of the hot lattes had two insecure lids, making the hot coffee spill out. The coffee is fine, but oh my god, what a...
