Today I came to return a bracelet and a charm because they didn't fit my niece. The lady raised her voice and asked me are you returning everything?! I said no I'm just returning 2 items and I'm keeping 1 item. She raised her voice again and asked for the receipt and she made a very angry face. I asked her if she was ok and she raised her voice and said she was ok. She talked to customers like it was the army. You can see the cameras in the store to see how she was acting. I feel sorry for myself for spending money at a poor-serviced place, it was like going to McDonalds. You need to hire more professional people, not people like at flea markets. Before I came, I already read reviews but I wanted to give the store a chance. But after I went, I can tell everybody was right. I recommend if somebody wants to spend money for jewelry, do not come to this store! You will be disappointed! Poor service! No respect towards customers! I gave this place 1 star, but if I could I will...
Read moreThis review has nothing to do with the brand but the service. My partner & I are visiting from out of town and went to Pandora for a special occasion. As soon as we walked in we are bombarded with "Do you need anything? What can I help you with?" Immediately feeling rushed, as we just walked in and have yet to walk around and look at options. While we are preparing to be check out, we are presented with the current promotional offer just because we were about $50 or so away from being eligible... not interested in an offer when its presented at the end of a transaction. At that rate I was ready to go. As the cashier proceeds to ring us out, another employee brings out a charm just because "it matches my tattoo & looks cute" why present an item to someone you were not assisting on top having made to have a rush experience at this location? I am returning the ring and will not be...
Read moreHorrible Customer service. I went here with my daughters and we were planning to buy an engraved bracelet for my mom. I went out to the car to get my wallet and my girls went in. They came back out probably a minute later with sour looks and told me that the lady there wouldn’t let them use the engraving machine. “If you’re not going to buy anything” were her exact words. I went back in with them and decided to just get my mother a necklace from Kendra Scott. But I decided to get a ring for myself. As I was browsing nobody paid attention to me. They were just staring at their electronics. Not until I took something to the cash register did they acknowledge me. Their entire demeanor changed. It made me mad to see how they treated...
