As soon as I walked in, "All Eyes Were On Me." No one greeted me, everyone just stared until I spoke. A number of minutes went by a Gent that had been coughing as if he was almost choking when I entered in the store approached me and asked, "Did I need any help?" 5 or 6 minutes later another guy came by and asked me the very same thing. Its very funny now that I ponder on this as I'm giving my reviews. When I needed to go into the fitting room there was No One around. I walked to the front, the guy that had been coughing/choking was behind the register now and the other 4 people were Nowhere to be found. I said, "Excuse me?" Is there anyone to open the fitting room? He told me while pointing at the lad behind me his name was Michael. I walked up to him, he was aligning the merchandise on the hangers. I asked, Could he open the fitting room for me please? He went to the front and never returned, he started helping another customer before coming to unlock the fitting room door; go figure. Now when I walked in at least 6 people watched me as I entered the store. When I went into the women's section to look at the clothing 2 men were there simultaneously. As soon as I wanted to try on clothing No one is willingly to assist me. Common sense, Customer Service, and just good old Hospitality isn't recognized anymore. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Sunday January 5th in the afternoon, when checking out, The Cashier checkout lady Jing Jing (name from our receipt) was extremely rude. She spoke with a mean tone and harsh glares. We didnāt want to say the description of the lady who let us into the changing room (lady with the facial hair) as she was also rude and unfriendly who led us to a changing room with a broken door. I didnāt see the Women but the cashier said with a rude tone ā you canāt even describe the person?ā. Meanwhile we didnāt want the changing room person to get any credit since they didnāt help us.
On the other hand all the men who work here are great, 5 stars for all of them. Also 5 starts for the other worker (Asian women with great style).
1 star for this trip as 2 mean workers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt's tuesday 27 Mar 2018 8.15pm. I literally just walked out of the store after total disregard. No one ever asked if they can help me, if i needed a dressing room or anything. To make it worse, i walked up to the counter with an $80 polo to purchase and 3 cashiers walked off. One seemed to go on break and the other two walked in separate directions. I turned around with my shirt, walked passed the lady with glasses, hung the shirt up and left the store. I encourage management to have a discussion with their staff that was working this evening. I have NEVER felt so...
