Love the food, it’s delicious. My issue is with service. It used to be great but lately when we go the portions are extremely skimpy. For example, I asked for an extra falafel because they were half the size they normally are and burnt and I was upcharged for it. I order my husband a chicken pita another time and the amount of meat was laughable. The ratio of pita to meat was easily 10:1. When I asked them to put a somewhat full scoop on, they charged me extra. To be clear we do not usually eat large portions, but the bowls used to be so full the lid barely fit and now they are half full at best. A friend told me the same type of experiences to where she won’t go there anymore. Today I walked in. The girl in front of me asked for rice as the base and was given less than a spoonful. She politely asked for just a tiny bit more rice and the response was that she would have to pay. For a full spoonful of rice
. I won’t be coming back for a while. I’m not sure how giving someone the normal portion is so expensive for the restaurant that they have to either skimp so badly or charge more. It’s almost like the employees are paying for the food or they are being told to serve less but the food is not cheap, so it shouldn’t feel like you’re twisting their arm to give...

The cashier was handling money, then with the same gloves, she proceeded to pick up the food on the outside of the trays. I observed that she picked up some feta cheese that was on the outside of the container and dropped it into the container (while wearing the same gloves that she used to handle money).

In addition, I observed that the two female employees were reading the recipe instructions from the laminated cards that they all share while making people’s food. They were also going into the kitchen and touching the door with the same gloves! Wow! This is food safety 101! After I said something to the young lady, her colleague said something to the manager, and the manager said “Oh, that’s okay”. I’m not trying to upset a teenage employee, however, this is common sense.

The proper thing to do is to train your employees to change gloves after handling money or touching doors and so forth! Did not get to try the food because after I commented about the gloves, they supposedly did not have anything that my son wanted to try from the menu. Do not plan to...

I used to eat at Zoe's at least every other day. Then when they left I thought I would give Cava a try. Big. Mistake! My. Order was completely screwed up. Nothing I requested had been delivered. One simple request was to have my dressing on the side. There was so much dressing on my salad. It was filled to the bottom of the container and lettuce was soggy. I requested no hummus and in its place Taziki sauce. They couldn't seem to get that right either. They were incredibly rude when I ask them to fix it and instead of fixing it she put a side a salad dressing and aside of Taziki in my bag handed it back to me and not a word after that. so I took my soggy salad home and threw it in rhe trash. I understand it's human to make mistakes but to give the customer an attitude. And not. Even be able to speak english ... I have a big problem with that. I will never eat...

Well what's the point of having two types of hummus/sauces if they are just going to mix them together into a homogenous mixture. That's just not how you spread a pita. Why don't I just put the whole thing in a blender? Then they doused it with so much dressing I had to throw out most except for the few steak chunks and there was almost no lettuce. Why does any sandwich require 4oz of garlic and 4oz Greek dressing, why does any sandwich require more than one dressing at all. How are they charging the same for a bowl and a wrap when the wrap is so much less value. Nothing fits in there. Buy a bowl and bring your own pita because they will completely short you on the lettuce and grains.

I have a LOVE/HATE relationship with Cava. Unfortunately, almost every single time I have an order whether it’s directly through them or from Uber Eats there is something messed up or something majorly wrong from little things like pita bread always missing, tonight they said they ran out of pita altogether so got a bowl instead. Major issue tonight which was the entire plate with lamb meatballs being completely raw and inedible. See pics they speak for themselves. I love the offering here and usually everything is tasty but when the success rate is now probably under 20% for not having issues i think we may have to give up :(

This place is great. It's like Chipotle, but with Mediterranean cuisine. You can get a bowl or a Pita with basically whatever you want. I had the Greek Salad with chicken and a bunch of other stuff added. I tried the Hot Harissa Pita Chips, what was missing was a type of dip to dip the chip in. They also have fruit beverages made in house with free refills. I had the Strawberry Citrus, but I could have refilled with Blueberry Lavender or Cucumber Mint Lime, or just plane lemonade, made in house. With the inclusion of the beverages pushes this to five stars for food.
