I had an extremely disappointing experience at Signature HXD, and I strongly recommend avoiding this FBO. The general manager, Neah, and the customer service representative, Sarah, were incredibly unprofessional and rude throughout our visit.
Sarah in particular was dismissive and disrespectful when we raised concerns, setting a hostile tone from the start. The crew car they provided ended up with a flat tire — clearly due to poor maintenance — and instead of handling the situation reasonably, we were hit with exorbitant and completely unjustified fees.
Neah, the GM, made no effort to resolve the situation and doubled down on the charges without explanation or accountability. The whole experience felt like a scam designed to take advantage of visitors, with no sense of hospitality or customer care.

Sarah and Neah were particularly rude and inconsiderate in many ways as well as incapable of understanding the urgency of departure time. They ended up delaying us hours trying to charge us unpublished and outrageous fees when we returned from our quick beach stop. The line service men were not great either as they complained to us on the ramp while we were deplaning and said that we shouldn’t be there.
