I’m not sure if I should even give the store one star for the service that I received with my mother. We went to return a couple of items that we purchased from another it’s fashion location. The sales associate who helped us was extremely rude. Refused to help return our items and shove the bag back at my mom with an attitude. She was even rude to me when I tried to see what was going on and told me she was not talking to me in a very nasty tone. I’ve tried to reach out to the district manager no one has yet to contact me about the situation or returned my phone call. Honestly, after this experience, I would no longer be returning to this It’s Fashion. I spent almost $200 in this store no one still wouldn’t help us the all the other associates ignored us as well. The staff are beyond amazing!!! I came in looking for an outfit for my daughter’s choir performance. Both attendees were so helpful and kind!!!! I was able to choose two options and then was able to exchange the one she didn't love for something she absolutely loved from the amazing selection the store offers'. Both staff remembered me and were so excited to see how her choice turned out. They also helped my girls feel confident and excited as they tried on new items during our exchange.
