Dishonest practice. I suggest avoiding it If you value your time. I was a regular client here and had an appointment with Lindsey for Friday at 1:45. The practice asked me Monday - 4 days prior to the appt - if I could come in any earlier on Friday. I replied that I was unable to, but would be happy to come in the following week instead. When you are asked to come to an earlier appointment (twice) it means there are openings prior to your appointment, and especially being that it was a Friday, she did not want to wait around just to see me. Then, after 9pm the night before my appointment, I received another text from Lindsay asking if I could come in earlier the next day. I AGAIN replied that I could not, but that I could come in the following week. However, Lindsey replied that it was fine to keep the original appointment at 1:45. I arrived for my appointment and the sidewalk on North was fully cleared on both sides except for the entire length in front of the Medical Aesthetics building. The sidewalk was an ice skating rink, as were the steps, and besides having to crawl along the sidewalk to avoid slipping, trying to get inside the business was very tricky to navigate because there is a glass door you have to hold open and onto for dear life while you are slipping and sliding on the step, as you try to open the main door. As a result of having to navigate this death trap, without splitting my head open, I was 5 mins late. I was checked in and brought to a room. 5 mins later, a staff member came in to tell me that Lindsey had to leave, that she did not have enough time for my appointment. Huh?? She then sheepishly asks if Lindsey called to tell me this. I received NO CALLS from Lindsey nor anyone else. I tell her how annoyed I am and that it was very clear from the two requests I received that week to come in earlier that she did not want to wait for my appointment, and I really wished she had simply taken me up on my offer to come in the following week instead of ghosting me with no warning, lying about it, and wasting my time. The staff member then pivoted, and tried another angle saying that she 'thought' Lindsay may have had an emergency. I laughed and said yes, she had to EMERGENTLY leave for a weekend ski trip. The staff member then looked embarrassed because even she knew how ridiculous her cover stories sounded (as an aside, she seemed very sweet and felt terrible for what Lindsey did, so the 1 star I was forced to give is entirely dedicated to her - she tried her best after Lindsey put her in an awful position). Needless to say, I will not be back - there is too much talented competition in town to bother with a sketchy place like this. And for Christ's sake, take two minutes to salt your sidewalk before somebody...
Read moreI have had treatments with both Allison and Tracy, and can't be positive enough about my experiences with both. With Tracy I have done an IPL spot treatment (for dark spots) and the morpheus microneedling with radio-frequency. With Allison I did Botox. This practice was recommended to me by a friend whose skin always looks amazing, I have not been disappointed.
I have seen dark spots almost disappear, something that never happened with any other treatment I have done, the exact amount and location of Botox applied, so that I don't even need a follow up appointment, and the overall appearance of my skin improve across the boards.
I love that when I arrive at the clinic, I immediately feel relaxed. The vibe is chill, there is a friendly person at the desk, beverages, and I never feel rushed at all. In fact, this last time, I was almost 15 minutes late due to traffic, and Tracy did everything possible to help me relax. She let me know I was her last patient of the day and we were in no rush, she even gave me a little scalp and facial massage to help me calm down after running around all day.
I am only ever in town for a few days at a time, and both Allison and Tracy have been very helpful in figuring out what kinds of treatments will work for my travel schedule and been forthcoming about the trade-offs of different options and their prices. I love that they let me know when they have products that may be helpful, but they are not at all pushy about me purchasing them.
I highly recommend this clinic - you won't be disappointed if you set up a consultation with them; they will explain the options clearly to you so you can make a decision that makes...
Read morePHYSIQ AND TRU-SCULP TREATMENT DID NOT WORK I have had both the Physiq and Tru-Sculp Treatment at Medical Aesthetics MA Easton/Higham and neither worked at all. As far as I am concerned, the reason they take pictures and not measurements is because pictures are subjective, measurements are proof. I did maintain a diet throughout the treatments and lost 2 pounds but none of it was in the treated area, as I had taken my own measurements. When I complained the Physiq treatments did not work and I had not lost 1 centimeter they gave me a free Tru-Sculp treatment. I had requested a refund but the owner said something to the effect of: Aesthetics affect everyone differently. If we gave refunds to everyone that wasn’t happy with their results we would be out of business. At the Tru-Sculpt treatment I requested measurements be taken instead of a picture and things got very awkward. Then she held the tape measure at an angle so it would measure larger! Results after 6 months NOTHING! A friend had a similar treatment at a different Med Spa and she also had zero results. Don’t waste your money on these procedures. They say you will lose fat but not pounds which makes no sense. They are taking advantage of vulnerable women. Don’t fall for these deceptive...
