I have only the highest of compliments for the service and convenience I experienced with the staff at RGB Solutions. First, they pulled away from their own busy bench-work to address my me as an unexpected walk-in with an aging MacBook Pro. Second, they listened carefully to my predicament and considerations with a) either investing a little money to keep an old laptop running another couple of years or b) potentially buying a new computer. Important, they listened carefully, not trying to sway me one way or another.

They then committed to back up my failing hard drive and to diagnose the laptop issues and call me promptly with their findings and recommendations. Within a couple of days, Josh, a full fledge, very conversant Apple expert, was able to lay out a flight plan for rehabilitating the MacBook pro or buying a new Mac. He gave detailed pros and cons and very close price estimates for the decision I was considering. Further, Bob was very punctual about calling me and/or leaving v-mails about the status of the repairs.

Fast forward. I had the repaired laptop back in my hands only a few short business days from the time I first walked into their shop.

For anybody on the Boston south shore and beyond needing PC or Mac repairs, be you a residential customer or a business with more extensive needs, I highly recommend your using this company for all your assessment and computer needs.

Bob Black is not only caring and thorough in his work, he and his fantastic technical associate Josh immediately worked to protect his information and got his computer and android phone operating expediently and safely, all via Covid-safe remote access - the same day. Easily the best experience I have had in relation to not only computer repair but dealings with technology as a whole.
