Euromart in Downtown Hingham on Station St, where Sub Galley used to be, makes delicious subs, all one size, on fresh, long bread that's crusty on the outside and delectably soft on the inside. The ingredients, like the soft mozarella used in our favorite prosciutto di parma and caprese subs, are super fresh. The owner George is there in the afternoon to happily greet his customers and run the cash register. Unlike his original Euromart store, which is twice as big and located on Whiting St also in Hingham, this store does not sell sodas, alcohol. I understand that a high school band is coming from Buffalo, Minnesota, to play in the Hingham 4th of July Parade on Thursday, [wait for it] July 4th!
That band [approximately 100 high schoolers, band leaders, and chaperones] just confirmed that they'll be ordering lunch for their entire group at the Hingham EuroMart store located on Station Street, right at the end of the Parade!
