Chico's — Local services in Holladay

The difference between this Chico's and the Chico's in Foothill Village is astonishing and confusing. I've already contacted the district manager once several months ago after an employee at Creekside rudely asked my husband "what are you doing here?" He was outside the dressing room holding my purse. He is a nice looking man, well-groomed and unassuming. Not rocket science, lady. He was waiting for me. I've avoided this store until today and was in the area and decided to give them another shot. I had been to Foothill Village earlier and was treated the same way they always treat their customers - like customers should be treated - greeted warmly and assisted in every way.

Creekside hasn't changed. No greeting, just rude women. I had enough clothes in my arm to break my shoulder before anyone asked if I wanted a dressing room. After I found what I wanted, the woman ringing up my purchases was clearly annoyed that I was looking at the tags and told me that she "would get it". I could hardly hear her because the other woman at the other register (who had already informed me that she couldn't help me because she was too busy) was yelling different prices at another employee who was across the store. Really?

I'm hoping to copy this and send it to their district office. My two sisters who live close to this Chico's have had similar experiences and now travel to Foothill Village. Susan and Linda and now Nancy at Foothill are simply amazing. I was so sorry to hear of...

Love Love Love this Chico's!!! This store treats me so well that I'm spoiled. Meaning 90% of my wardrobe is from here. I know it has to do with Shelly, the Manger. She is fabulous, so personable, knows her store & what works with each person. I was helped by Renee, and she was very helpful, able to inform me about specials, great customer service.
