This transaction/purchase of a new bed was such an easy experience, from beginning to end. When I walked in with the intent to purchase a new mattress/boxspring..I was met by Tony, who assisted me, through the decision making phase, and within less than 10 minutes, I was ordering a new bed, including metal frame! I came back one day prior to the bed delivery, and settled up! The next day, my bed was delivered by Anthony and Dominic, who couldn't have been more courteous individuals! They had to struggle a bit to hoist the 3 pieces upstairs to the loft bdrm, but got the job completed in a timely manner, and I got a great night's sleep last night on my new bed. The only glitch in the delivery was, that the dispatch sent those two guys to the wrong address (where my nightly rental is located) instead of where I reside! First let me say I hate shopping for furniture, especially beds. I called and spoke to Tony, and he convinced me that I needed to come down, try out some beds so I can make an informed decision, one that I would be happy about. So, I sucked it up and my wife and I went down to the store. It was the best experience, Tony knows his stuff, helped us pick out what was best for us and would work within our budget. The whole buying experience was fantastic and only took 20 min. But that is not all, the delivery guys (two young men) did an amazing job, they were kind, accommodating and professional. We have had no problems with this location until we tried to warranty our mattress that is breaking down on the sides. We have had multiple warranty claims and never had a problem. Tony, the man in the store is rude and completely unprofessional. When asked to speak with his supervisor he was quick to tell me there was nobody else except the owner and he was not giving me that information. He claims that I'm "out of warrranties" and cannnot make another claim. I called the main Simmons warranty number and they are working with me. Do not deal with this location since Tony is rude and shuts you down with warranty claims and blames...
