The Keeter Center - College Creamery — Hotel in Hollister

I like eating here, and the food is quite good, but I must remember that the restaurant is run by students. Nevertheless, I felt these things were lacking: 1) The greeting staff should be friendly and welcoming. 2) It should be understood that tables by the windows are desirable, when available. Guests could be asked if they have a seating preference. (We were reseated, and thank you.) 3) Waitstaff should actually ask if we like our food. Wow! Just wow. I have never had better, richer, creamier ice cream. The waffle cones alone are a culinary work of art--truly perfect. Of course, like everything else at the Keeter Center, it is immaculately clean, served by courteous staff, and has comfortable beautiful seating available. At around 3.99 for a lg waffle cone, it wont break the bank either. Cotton candy for $2 was affordable enough to treat...

Such great ice cream in such great serving sizes. I need a cone with two scoops that looks like I just dumped an entire container of ice cream in it. That's the way they do it here, and that's the way they should do it everywhere!
