My family and I visited this location on our way back home to KC. The kid behind the counter was rude and looking like he was in training. We tried to load the starbucks card at the end of the order to use the card to pay for the transaction. Kid said we couldn't do that. We have done this at numerous Starbucks with no problems whatsoever. The lady behind the desk was of NO help at all. She huffed and puffed the entire time behind the counter while fixing the card issue. He seemed awfully angry about what we wanted and took it out on our drinks.
