Starbucks — Restaurant in Hollister

My family and I visited this location on our way back home to KC. The kid behind the counter was rude and looking like he was in training. We tried to load the starbucks card at the end of the order to use the card to pay for the transaction. Kid said we couldn't do that. We have done this at numerous Starbucks with no problems whatsoever. The lady behind the desk was of NO help at all. She huffed and puffed the entire time behind the counter while fixing the card issue. He seemed awfully angry about what we wanted and took it out on our drinks. Would do lower if I could. I just went in there for my drink as someone who’s both vegan and extremely lactose intolerant, asked them for oat milk and even left a good tip and she added whole milk right in front of me. When I asked if that was for my order, the manager got defensive and said “I don’t have time to look at every single orders ticket” and just spilled it in the sink and reused the SAME cup without even cleaning it out to remake my drink. Placed a mobile order and arrived early. Decided I would just wait in the store vs the car and when I bypassed the register to stand by the "pick-up" side of the counter, the employees started talking about how I must be the mobile order who couldn't have placed the order more than 5 minutes ago, and said something to the tune of, "usually I'm working hard and in a rush but now I'm slowing down" as if I wasn't standing right there.
