Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hollister

So, I’m a regular customer at this Taco Bell (not anymore) for the passes 3 years. Always been great as far as the food goes. Unfortunately, they are very careless about the locals here.. My son went in for a job at this Taco Bell last week. They hired him on the spot!! They told him to purchase black work pants and tread safe shoes. So, as a single mother of 3 I don’t have a WHOLE lot of money to blow, but was able to scrounge up enough to get him what he needed. He was told to be there today (Friday 9/1/2023) at 5pm. He was anticipating this job sooooo much because it’s his very first job ever. He is 15 years old and they hire at 15 in this town at this Taco Bell. So he shows up dressed out on time and with all his paperwork (birth certificate, ID.. etc). I drop him off and before I leave the parking lot he’s calling me to come get him. He comes to the car and tells me some lady told him that they can’t hire anymore 15 year olds they are at their limit! So, instead of AT LEAST giving him a call because they did get his phone number and email, they just let the whole week ride out and had me waste my money on clothes they told him to purchase. I went in there and asked to speak to the manager, this little girl comes out and says the same thing she told my son, they can’t hire on anymore 15 year olds. But, they already hired him last week!?? I asked if I could speak to the supervisor and she claimed to be the supervisor (obviously she wasn’t). She was grinning and chuckling the whole time (she definitely looked high on drugs). I told it wasn’t funny at all and that they could have at least gave us a call so we didn’t waste our money our time and our feelings. So rude, so unprofessional and just plain trashy! They should be ashamed!! That is so wrong! He will go next door to McDonald’s and snag that job for now. But Taco Bell, that is ridiculous! I know you don’t care and probably still think it’s funny but I am going to make sure all of the town knows about your carelessness! You don’t deserve him as your employee anyway! He’s such an...

I went to the Taco Bell in Hollister, MO and went through the drive-thru at 0145. The lady over the intercom told me that the computers were down and she couldn't serve us. We asked if they would be up in the next 15 minutes to see if we could wait and she said no, it would be tomorrow. We left and I called to see what time they were open until and if they were still serving and the girl said yes. I then asked why we just went through the drive-thru and the girl told us she couldn't serve us. She said the computer was updating, which I said was confusing because you don't update computers for 15 minutes prior to closing then I asked to speak the manager. She said she was the manager and then I decided to hang up because I wanted to let it go. The lady then proceeded to call me back ON MY PERSONAL PHONE and tell me that there are more important things "like people starving and the Orlando shooting" than getting your Taco Bell. I'm VERY offended because I am gay and I understand the hate crime in Orlando. There are no words I have to express how I feel right now. I don't care to get compensated for anything. I just think everyone needs to be aware that the lady claiming to be the Store Manager at this location is calling people on your company phone and...

This was a last-minute late bite to eat after a long, long day. It was after 10 pm. on a Saturday night. After a 14 minute wait in the drive-through, I ordered 1 unsweet iced tea, to which the young man replied, "I just pulled it", there were 3 cars in front of me and 3 or 4 behind me. The point is that it wasn't closing time. So why would he have "pulled it?" (I didn't ask why) I just skipped a drink. I ordered 1 taco and 1 bean burrito. After another 8 minutes, in line, I received my order. However, I didn't open it till I got home. 😳 I had to look twice in the bag. I thought they gave me a bag of trash!🫨 Nope, it was a taco and bean burrito partially wrapped thrown in the bag. I have no words. If it hadn't been late and a 10-minute drive, I would have gone directly back. I did add a photo in my original review with the receipt, but it's not here now. 🤔 Needless to say, I was not comfortable eating the food nor confident in the food safety. I have not been back. I hope the franchise owners have been able to resolve this problem. I may try this location again SOMEDAY... I hope nobody else has this type...
