Iâve been living at Marina Grande North for exactly one year now, and I couldnât be happier to call this place home. From the moment I moved in, the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. In particular, Katie, the property manager, in the leasing office, is a super hero!!!! She is professional, but also friendly, down to earth, and super approachable, about literally anything. The thing I love most is she is so quick to respond by email and text especially, with any questions or concerns I have, which is nice for me because I work nights and canât always get to businesses before they close. But Katie is always available for anything, and that makes me feel at ease and supported. She consistently sends out community messages to always let us know whatâs going on both present and future. Everything from when pest control is coming, maintenance of the pool and laundry rooms, to storms in the area she is watching for us since the complex is on the water! I mean really above and beyond! Plus future plans for changes to the property like parking Etc. Speaking of the water, the sunsets/sunrises are post card/Screensaver beautiful! And the pool is situated almost directly on the water which feels like Iâm on vacation when Iâm there. The landscape is regularly kept up beautifully as well as the common areas and breezeways. My apartment is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed and has everything we need. Specifically, I love the kitchen sink and bathrooms and I particularly appreciate how far apart the apartment doors are spaced so you have privacy all the time, even coming in and out. Itâs a quiet and comfortable place to come home to after a long night or day. On the nights I am off work, you can literally hear a pin drop outside its so quiet! Itâs in the city and literally close to everything, but the waterfront and the peacefulness of Riverside drive make you feel so far away from that. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, which gives me great peace of mind. Itâs clear that the management team truly cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping the community in shape and presentable. Overall, I highly recommend Marina Grande North and especially Katie to anyone looking for a safe, stylish, and well-managed place to live. Itâs been a fantastic place...

Before applying here we were under the impression that we would have a W/D hookup in our unit, gated community with keyless access, hammocks, 24/7 fitness center. As a property manager myself, you would NEVER come across any false information for my properties so I mistakenly applied and leased with Marina Grande North trusting that they would deliver on their promises.
I arrive to find out that this is in fact not gated whatsoever, I do NOT have a W/D hookup, the gym would be opening in 2 weeks (yet another lie), have not seen hammocks out once since living here.
There is mold all along the siding on my patio and I suspect that it is somewhere inside due to my 3 year old and I having a consistent cough since 1 week after moving in.
Random people roam our property constantly. One morning when going to the on site laundry facility there was a homeless man sleeping in the laundry room. This would not be happening if this was a gated community or if I was doing laundry in home like I thought I would be.
It is an active construction site. While having kids living here, this is not ideal, not only because of the loud noises but the increased risk of electrical, gas or plumbing issues that could affect my unit at anytime, causing damage or even property loss.
The property management company changed on my second week here, making them not want to be liable for the lies and false advertising. They have offered to move us to another unit, but that does not fix any safety concerns or make the amenities available.
I rate this property a 0/10 and would not recommend for anyone to make this their home.
Also, I have a neighbor a few doors down that has not had hot water since...

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
1.) False Promises and posting photos that do not display what the current fishing pier/dock actually looks like. 2.) Property Manager sending threatening and aggressive emails to people that live here and appears to respond with behaviors that are questionable and somewhat malicious. 3.) Property Manager making assumptions and generalizations; without having all of her information. 4.) Marina Grande North is at what appears to be about 45% and or less occupancy and more people are and WILL BE re-locating and finding a more safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to live. 5.) Property Manager very clearly should engage in HUMAN RELATIONS, DIVERSITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE and REAL ESTATE TRAININGS SO SHE ACTUALLY understands more local, State, and Federal Laws pertaining to Florida and the importance of treating people with dignity, respect, and an open-mind. 6.) OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM PEOPLE BEFORE just using their photos on the Company website. 7.) HIRE A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER THAT IS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, NOT BIASED, ETC. 8.) FIRE AND HIRE A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS GETTING WORSE REGARDING SAFETY, SECURITY, and WELL-BEING. 9.) IF YOU BRING A CONCERN TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER; it appears she is incompetent to actually follow through and this applies to all current people that live here. 10.) MAKE SURE TO KEEP ANY AND ALL EMAILS FROM THE CURRENT PROPERTY MANAGER FOR YOUR RECORDS AND SAFEKEEPING. 11.) IF THERE WERE A RATING FOR â0â STARS - I WOULDâVE SELECTED â0â OUT OF 5. So my honest opinion puts MARINA GRANDE NORTH AT: 0STARS / OUT OF 5 currently (08/26/2025). Best regards, Bob Green đđđ˝đžđ¤đ˝âď¸out -NOT RENEWING LEASE DUE TO CURRENT PROPERTY MANAGER MISTREATING SOME OF US THAT LIVE here currently as well as previous people that...
