I moved into a 1-bedroom unit at Linz Holly Springs on May 23, and I intentionally waited a few days before writing this review because I wanted to share my thoughts after actually living here for a while.

First of all, Zabeth, the manager, has been exceptionally kind. When I first walked into the leasing office, she greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcome. I had been touring several apartments in the area because I was new to the town, but most places felt cold or indifferent. Zabeth, however, offered the most sincere hospitality I had experienced, and that left a strong impression on me.

During the apartment tour, she remained very professional—answering all my questions and showing a real desire to understand my needs. Even afterward, she responded promptly to follow-up emails, even on a holiday weekend. Right after the tour, I felt confident enough to apply without checking any other apartments.

On move-in day, Vivien assisted me, and she was also very friendly and helpful. There were a few issues I had to resolve before moving in, but she was incredibly patient with me. One of the door stoppers was missing in my unit, and they took care of it right away.

As for the apartment itself—there is not much to elaborate on because everything is just as you would expect from a newly built property. The unit is clean, and everything—washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher—feels practically brand new. Personally, I am not a fan of carpet, so I appreciated that the unit has hard floors throughout. The walk-in closet is not attached to the bedroom but rather to the bathroom area, which seemed strange at first, but I quickly realized how convenient that layout actually is. The bathtub is also larger than in older apartments, making showers much more comfortable.

The amenities here are extensive. I will not list them all, but I can say the offerings are well thought out and high in quality.

Overall, I am truly excited about the days ahead living at Linz...

I wanted to share my thoughts on my experience living in the complex since July. Overall, I find it to be a clean, well-maintained, and quiet (no pool parties) place to live, which I truly appreciate. However, I am facing ongoing noise issues that I believe warrant attention.

Despite the positive aspects, I have encountered significant disturbances (literally every day) from my upstairs neighbor. The noise from moving furniture, throwing items, throwing the doors, working out, and doing laundry late into the night has made it difficult for me to relax and get a good night's sleep. There have been nights when the noise continued until 2 AM, which is quite frustrating.

I understand that the buildings may not be constructed with the best soundproofing, but I feel that my neighbor could be more empathetic to the impact their activities have on others. If we all made a little more effort to maintain quiet hours, it could greatly improve the living experience for everyone.

I have sent several emails to the leasing office suggesting the implementation of quiet hours or at least encouraging residents to be mindful of noise levels. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that my concerns have been adequately addressed. I believe this issue deserves the same attention as parking regulations and tags.

It’s disappointing because I genuinely like the complex, and I believe that with some collective effort, we could create a more harmonious environment. However, management should show interest in helping to achieve that.

PS: I do have K9 hearing 🤣, but my partner does not and finds noise extremely disturbing here. We've lived in three other apartment complexes, and the only time we could hear noise was when people were blasting music. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had an amazing experience living at Linz Holly Springs! Since moving in back in July of last year, everything has been smooth, professional, and truly enjoyable. The leasing office staff are always warm, responsive, and go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and valued.

The property is well-maintained, clean, and secure. A huge shoutout to the maintenance team—they’re friendly, hardworking, and really help make this community what it is. I’ve only needed one maintenance request during my time here, and it was handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference in daily comfort.

There are so many thoughtful amenities that make living here a joy. Some of my personal favorites:

🎉 Community Events – There’s always something happening—food trucks, giveaways, sweet treats, and cake walks. The team really puts effort into building a sense of community.

The location is another major perk—close to the highway, great restaurants, shopping centers, and just a short drive to downtown Woodstock.

I highly recommend Linz Holly Springs to anyone looking for a vibrant, welcoming, and well-managed community. It truly feels like home—and it’s hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in (and I’ve lived in...
