My visit to the Holly Springs location for Verizon was not planned, however my Apple Iphone 6 touch screen was no longer working properly. David the rep on duty, recommended the Iphone SE which I agreed and told him I would purchase my case and screen protector elsewhere. He told me, and the customer before me, that he had to sell us those two accessories with our new phones as a bundle, costing an additional $80 to the cost of my phone. I contacted Verizon online the next day and found out that is NOT true at all. David also told me there was no activation fee, which Verizon said is not true. I was charged $40 and David told me, and the previous customer that we could not buy our phones outright, we had to purchase by monthly payments for at least 6 months, THEN we could pay in full the remaining balance, which I have confirmed with Verizon is NOT true either. David also signed me up for the Verizon Protection , another $17 monthly fee, which he did not ask for my permission to do so. I am grateful to the rep I talked to by phone who corrected the Protection fee charge and lowered by activation fee. Needless to say I am not happy with the less than honest sales tactics of David and will not be returning to that store...
Read moreCame in to get a mifi mobile hotspot added to a business account. It was a Saturday afternoon, so expected to have to wait a long time. Filled out the clipboard for Covid-safe service and waited in my car for less than a few minutes before being able to be seen.
Drew and Trisha both greeted me, asked what I was looking for, and got me the right device for the right price added to the account. They were helping another lady at the other side of the room who needed to switch over from ATT to Verizon, sounded like they were on hold trying to figure everything out. Trisha was great in bringing levity and service to helping that lady, while also helping me and Drew out in between the “hold music”. Great to have gone somewhere and feel like my best interest/needs were priority.
Drew promptly got me and set up the device so I’d be good to go. The professional, prompt, and courteous service had me in and out of the store in no time. Great job you guys! Awesome decision to stop into this location, and will come here for all future Verizon...
Read moreThis location was a complete joke. We walk up to the door and find a post it note that said, “Went to lunch, be back at 2:15.” He wasn’t. He was late and had ppl waiting outside for him. The guy that was there was rude, impatient, and was on his cell phone while we were talking to him. He asked us when we came in how he could help us. When we told him the reason why we were there, he shouted out what we need in the store, while he was with other customers. At one point, my husband asked him a question and his response was, “That’s above my pay grade and I can’t help you.” At another point he said to him, “Well, you need to figure it out.” And went back to his cell phone. Another couple(elderly) comes in behind us and he asks them the same question as to there reasoning for coming in. Once again, he was very rude and acted like he didn’t want to be bothered at all. They were very nice people who I spoke with for a short time. I don’t know who this guy was and quite frankly I don’t care bc he was trash just like the customer service...
