Extremely unprofessional management and employees that have absolutely NO CLUE how to provide customer services. We waiting in line for almost 30mins with only 4 people in front of us. At first it was just a young girl with a serious attitude that had a train of thought process like a turtle. I’m not even kidding. As more customers came in finally the manager came up to the front to take one order than disappeared again. We continued to wait now at the front of the line while the young girl literally stood with her back turned to us looking at the ice cream station. I couldn’t keep my mouth shut any longer. I spoke up and said “can you please take our order? We have been in line for 30mins and only 4 people ahead of us.” She slowly turned around stood in front of the register and looked at me with a blank stare. I had to repeat at lease 6 times (not even exaggerating) a simple order 3pc Chicken basket with onion rings upgrade for a butterfinger blizzard and Kids hotdog with vanilla cone. Finally I paid with cash, she had to get the Calculator out to count out the change that she handed back crumpled like a piece of paper with the change that wasn’t even correct falling out onto the floor. That was just to place the order…while waiting for another 30mins the manager starts yelling and cussing a poor older door dashing guy for following the directions posted. We finally received our order that of course wasn’t correct and undercooked. At this point we had enough. I wasn’t wasting anymore time or energy at this place. Clearly this location lacks management leadership!!! I’m sincerely hoping this will be corrected before the busy season coming up soon. THIS PLACE NEEDS...

I went to Dairy Queen on March 29th with my son for lunch, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two chili cheese dog meals with an extra chili cheese dog (with extra cheese), plus a caramel frozen hot chocolate and a peanut butter frozen hot chocolate. Our total came to $27, which seemed a bit high, especially since we were told there was an upcharge just because we requested different flavors of frozen hot chocolate. That didn’t sit right with me.
After paying, we were asked to pull around because our order wasn’t ready. Eventually, they brought out the frozen hot chocolates, but we had to continue waiting for our food. When it finally arrived, the chili on the hot dogs looked old and dried out, and one of my hot dogs even had what looked like an eyelash in the box. To make matters worse, I had asked for extra cheese on the extra hot dog—and there was definitely not extra cheese.
I went inside to use the restroom and noticed there were no adults working—just kids. It honestly felt like there was no supervision or management at all. My fries were cold, and the food in general tasted like it had just been reheated instead of freshly made.
This kind of service and food quality is completely unacceptable. I don’t usually complain or ask for food to be remade—I just take the loss and choose not to come back. But I would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would based on tonight’s experience. I stop by this location frequently and have never had an issue until tonight. At 9:50 we pull into the drive through. There is a truck in front of us at the order station. At first I thought the truck was nuts because they kept backing up a little and then pulling forward a few times. I decided to go in instead (again bc I thought the truck was the issue). It is now 9:56. I was told by the manager that they were closed. I told her we had been waiting in the line for about 5 minutes. She said that she had shut off the headset already. I pointed out that it was not even 10 yet and if they were closed then why was the drive lit up still or the door still open. She then got very agitated with me saying that a huge softball team just came in a and she had the right to close early.
I am fine with all of that. I get it. But her attitude towards me was not customer service friendly AT ALL! I have NEVER had a manager speak to me the way she did. I stated that she had loss my business and as she was walking away said “that’s fine”.
I will never step foot in that restaurant again because of the way I was treated. There are several DQs I could have gone to tonight but chose that one. ...
