Pho 46 — Restaurant in Hollywood

I was excited to try this place since I had recently discovered it passing by, however it was a great disappointment in all aspects. The most watery and flavorless peanut sauce I've ever had anywhere bar none. Absolutely flavorless broth used for the pho[just water??]. To make matters worse, the service is far from friendly / accommodating. I was the only one in there and got an attitude like I was interrupting them from the moment I walked in.

It's a shame because it is obvious that they put a lot of heart into the ingredients of the summer rolls as well as pho, but the result is absolutely flavorless. For an $8 summer roll one would think they got their recipes down pat. One of the most disappointing Vietnamese places I've been to in South Florida, maybe even throughout...

I went there for lunch and was greeted with a smile. I sat down and the cashier bought me a menu, alongside a cup of ice water. I got the brisket pho, crispy pork spring rolls, and a Thai tea. The pho was amazing. The broth was rich and full of flavor. The toppings were fresh. And the spring rolls were indeed crispy and hot. My only issue was that the Thai tea was VERY bitter. I only took about 4 sips and was over it. I asked owner if I could get a refund or change the flavor, but he said that I had to pay for it since I ordered it and that it was their “most popular flavor and they’ve never gotten a complaint about it.” That was a little disappointing, as I ended up throwing it away. This place is only good for togo. It is a open kitchen restaurant with small eating area but the owners do not like to keep ac blowing cold when people can feel the heat from the kitchen and the hot pho noodles soup on the table. They do mot provide constantly ice cold water to the table to cool people down. Think about it . This is south Florida and it is already hot outside. Why would people would want to eat hot bowl of soup in a not cool environment. That most people in Florida are used to .Food is good though but not the environment or service after you order.
