On november 25th we place an online order, we were waiting for more than an hour until the driver called us and we find out that he was in our old house address , so we ask him how we could get our money back , he said call the store you wont get charge because the delivery was not process, so we call another pizza hut now close to our house and place the order again, at this point from Hollywood store they said we wont get charge , after 10 minutes the driver call us back asking for gas money and he can bring the pizza to our house. We said ,no. I try to contact managers. Corporate. 1800 numbers because is a month already and they did not refund the money 39.00 dollars. A manager contact me on december 2tg at 4:45pm.saying they will.return the money between 3 to 5 business days, still.waiting we called 1800 again yesterday to complain hello they did a fraud the driver keep the pizza and the store the money, so a manager let's called like that call me today at 11: 09am asking me all type of information very rude, disrespectful and asking me why after a month I'm complaining hellooooo
So the driver is a thief so all the managers and you are asking me why a wait 1 month , when I been calling and no answer of my money
This people are keeping the money and that is illegal, when you received your delivery if you pay with credit card o other card you need to sign and they can process your ticket obviously they charge me, keep the pizza and mow they get upset because I want my money . I have patience but...

I called the Hollywood location and the guy that answer the phone has such horrible customer service all I wanted was to tell him about the freaking hair I found and instead of apologizing he right away just said no one in the store has that hair color and blah blah blah he was extremely rude and he said he was going to tell the manager thatās all he can do and just hung up. We order last night 10:57pm Pizza and the delivery was about 20-25 min waiting time. 10:35 they called us only one time to my cell and i didn't hear the phone. i called back 3 min' later and they aren't picked up my call. i called to the store nothing, the number that called me before, nothing. till 12:00pm when they should close the store. They didn't answer or return my calls. Today i called to the store and i was waiting again 10 min' till i can speak with the "manager" that i would never hire in my life. Cold and antipathetic person, because it's not his business he thought that he can be cool and talk the way he talks. i hope that a real manager will see that review and do something about it.
