I am beyond thrilled with my service and the finished product from DSH Jewelers. I had been unhappy with a setting for an earring(sentimental because it was the small diamond from my husband's mom's engagement ring)...it stood out so far that it was bigger than any other earring(including the diamond studs I typically wear), it drooped AND the shank was thick and hard to actually get into my ear which made it painful to wear. I kept saying I needed to go see if I could have it redone and for our 45 anniversary, my husband took me to DSH to see if they could help me. The clerk who waited on us was terrific! She had some great ideas and in less than a week I was SO happy to have my earring ready to wear...and I do now...a lot!

UPDATE...And yet again I am thrilled with the service. After my great experience them and my earring, I took a pretty little bracelet my husband had purchased for me to them asking for help. The way it was designed it came off very easily and I was afraid I was going to lose it...so I never wore it. DSH added a safety chain and hooks(very small and very discreet) and now I'm wearing it without...

First and foremost, my family has been coming to this business for decades so this is tough to write. We bought a custom wedding ring after my now husband bought the engagement ring here. The ring is beautiful and I love the look of it, my issue is that I’ve had it fixed multiple times and the diamonds continue to fall off. The clasp even broke off the main diamond at one point. It has only been two years but they started disappearing after the first three months. Granted the first time it was fixed for free, the last time I came in I was basically interrogate as to what I was doing with the ring. I don’t do manual labor. I’m torn because it needs to be fixed again but honestly, it needs to be done right. The time and inconvenience of these repeated trips alone is infuriating. Very disappointed with the place! I received this beautiful gift for my birthday and I trusted them to take it to this company to have it adjusted because it was a little big on me. They did it but it was not a good fit. I took it a second time and noticed that there was a chip on the Hamsa hand. I explained to Mrs. Angelica that I hadn't done it, that it was caused by the jewelry store. They insisted that it wasn't. I asked them to remove it and they polished it and destroyed the stone. I demanded that they replace the stone or return the $30 I had paid for the adjustment plus the $135 that the chain costs and the owner's response was NO!
