Horrible experience, DO NOT BUY THE THAI TEA FROM HERE, it is absolutely horrible. Ordered the Thai tea and got something that tasted like vinegar, went to tell the worker about the drink being sour and he just added simple syrup to it and tried to give me back the same drink. Also my niece asked for her xiaofang tea with jelly and he put in boba. To top it off the drinks were not labeled and the guy that had ordered before me came back to the counter because something was wrong with his drink as well. I have an emotional support dog and they made me leave the store, Won't be going there again. (My ESA is a teacup yorkie that weights 2.5 lbs, literally stays on my hand and I get anxiety...

so when they first opened, the drinks were consistently good, I had no problems with my order and the employees were very respectful. As they hired more employees, specifically one of the guys working there (cashier, brown hair, gucci belt, lv mask, a black barrette hat, with a beard) was very unprofessional, unskilled, i’ll-mannered (im not making this up) and overall has an unwelcoming attitude. This isn’t the first time his orders have come out wrong. Whenever I would go and he was there my drinks were always messed up. Drink is ok (that's why 2 star), but employee provided service which is not acceptable at all, music was so loud so he did not hear what I ask and what I want to order, I even asked him if he can lower sound, but of course he did not, so every time I asked something he answered on completely different question, for example, I asked: do you have caffeine free? And he said yes we have red tea, so I asked is it caffeine free? He said no, we have red, green and black tea, so I asked again which one is caffeine free and he said we don't have caffeine free... not recommend this place, unless you have...
