This is a hidden gem! Had the most amazing authentic Mediterranean meal. I’ve been coming to Miami forever eating and waiting for tables at the big name kosher restaurants but this place was amazing and didn’t have to wait for a table. From the moment I was greeted and seated to chatting with Eden, owner/chef, on the way out this wasn’t just a meal it was an experience. I’ve been following this establishment on social media for the longest and couldn’t wait to visit and try the foods they keep posting and I was not disappointed! The meat hummus was perfectly spiced and delicious, the beef stew with couscous and soup had to be broken down to evaluate so let’s start with the soup, absolutely best soup I’ve ever had and got my would even before I added the couscous for the authentic taste. The couscous itself sifted by hand right before it was served was amazing and the texture was perfect then paired it with the most tender juiciest perfectly sliced beef stew made this dish superb and the wow feeling with each bite. By e meatballs must’ve been simmering for hours giving it that overnight color and flavor paired with the caramelized onions and rice was better then it looked. The Arraya had a perfect blend of spices and meat to pita ratio was delicious. Most authentic deserts of sphinge, Knaffa and hammsa cookie was the perfect way to end this amazing meal. Bottom line is I felt like I was eating in Eden’s home kitchen with the authentic food made with heart and soul. Would be back again and again! Can’t wait to try their full Friday menu for Shabbat take away food.

The service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not come back. The Moroccan tea we got was very bland. The entree we got was good. The appetizer we got was OVERPRICED. Open table is a scam. Do not get. It was honestly a scam and I feel like they stole money from me by ordering it. The server was very rude when explaining the price of it and blamed us for not reading the menu. English is my first language and I can read a menu. Why would anyone pay $75 for a veggie appetizer. The server didn’t give us more pita when asked. They didn’t even explain what little salads it came with? The server honestly ruined my meal with my mom who came from Miami to eat with me here. I can’t emphasize how overpriced the food was. We got a vegetarian appetizer for the table and they charged us $60 for 1 appetizer. The even automatically charged us 20% gratuity for a table of 3. I ordered a hot tea in a kettle, I burned my hand pouring the tea into the small glass cups. The service was just unbelievably terrible and this is one of the reasons I do not like going out to eat anymore. Over priced and bad service. Food was okay but not worth the rudeness and money. There are many other Israeli restaurants in Hollywood that I can recommend but this one is not it. What a shame. They lost a customer.

We came as a group of six friends for a simple hangout dinner, but experienced something far greater. The food was insanely delicious (and the presentation beautifully decorated), the service was impeccable, and the ambiance simply splendid and homely. Everything we got on the menu hit the spot. You HAVE to get the Traditional Moroccan Beef Stew with Garbanzo beans! You’ll be instantly transported to a world of satisfying Moroccan Jewish flavors, fluffy couscous, wholesome spiced vegetables, and the most tender and juicy beef stew. Nothing could have made it better. We were also brought a wide variety of flavorful traditional salads with the freshest pita bread (“Open Table”) and lastly gifted by our waitress with delicious complementary baklava desserts! One of Florida’s finest kosher restaurants - a must try for anyone who misses their safta’s food or has yet to try incredible Moroccan food! Todah rabah Pala!

Giving this review because it truly deserves this one star. Came here with my brother for lunch. Server came by and told us about their Wednesday kube soup specials. They had 2 different ones. So we decided to try one of each. A price was never mentioned. But being that I know costs of this in other places, plus I make this at home myself I didn’t think I needed to ask. Well we got the food two minutes after we ordered since it’s pre made. We didn’t enjoy the taste of the soups at all. In fact one of the bowls was pretty much untouched. Server never came back to check how we were doing and if everything was okay with food. Plus we are not the kind to complain and usually just learn to not order it again. But then I went inside to pay. Since no server came by for a while. And I notice each bowl of soup was $30!!! I asked the server, $30??? For a bowl of kube? She said “that’s the price” when I tell you that I was so shocked I didn’t and couldn’t say anything at the moment. I then was told gratuity’s included. So our lunch of two soups, water, and a can of coke. Was $85! I left this place so upset. It took me a few hours of being worked up about this that I decided to call this place to complain and spoke to the server who promised me someone would contact me back later that night. I have yet to receive a call. The server said to me “so it’s about the money?” So hear me out. If I would of enjoyed my food and actually ate it. I wouldn’t of said a thing. I would prob never order a $30 kube again because that’s just theft. But I would of happily paid and never speak of it again. This was not the case. We did not enjoy the food. And no one even bothered to ask us or check in on us. For a restaurant to charge $30 for this soup.. this is just simply taking advantage and is disgraceful and unacceptable. At least have your servers mention the kube is $30 when you offer it. Because I’m sure I’m not the only one who got the shock of their life. For an $85 lunch, go anywhere else and actually get what you’re paying for. This...

Dining at Pala Moroccan Restaurant is not just a meal — it’s a journey into the heart of Morocco. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality, rich aromas of exotic spices, and an atmosphere that transports you straight to Marrakech. It’s rare to find a place that combines authenticity, elegance, and flavor so perfectly — but Pala does exactly that.

The décor is absolutely stunning — intricate lanterns, colorful mosaic tiles, traditional music playing softly in the background — every detail is thoughtfully designed to reflect Moroccan culture and soul. It feels cozy, vibrant, and full of life.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Every dish at Pala is a masterpiece. I started with the harira soup, which was hearty and full of flavor — a perfect balance of lentils, chickpeas, and spices. Then came the chicken tagine with preserved lemon and olives, served in a traditional clay pot. The chicken was unbelievably tender, falling off the bone, infused with rich flavors that danced on the palate. The couscous was fluffy, buttery, and accompanied by perfectly roasted vegetables. Every bite told a story.

We also ordered the lamb shank, slow-cooked to perfection, with a sweet and savory prune sauce that was out of this world. For dessert, the Moroccan mint tea and almond pastries were the perfect ending — refreshing, fragrant, and just sweet enough.

What sets Pala apart is not just the food, but the service. The staff is warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. You can tell they’re passionate about sharing their heritage, and it makes the experience truly special.

Pala isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an escape, a celebration of Moroccan culture and flavor. Whether you’re dining with friends, family, or on a romantic night out, this place is a must. A true five-star experience...
