The Skinny Dip Frozen Yogurt Bar Hollywood — Local services in Hollywood

I have never been in an establishment with a more rude employee than at this yogurt shop. I asked for a tasting cup since I was with a four year old child, but was told no. When she didn't like the strawberry flavor (which was awful), I asked if I could exchange her yogurt. I made sure to take less than the original amount since you pay by the weight of the cup, and I already sensed an attitude. I showed the woman my cup, but she asked me to weigh it anyway. Ok, I get that. When the amount came to $1 less than my original yogurt, she offered no refund. I was annoyed and asked for a manager. There was no manager on site, so I asked for their business card. The employee said "why?" I replied, that's none of your business. She then stated the manager doesn't speak English. "That's fine," I replied. She then proceeds to tell me I should be GRATEFUL she allowed me to exchange the flavor. WHAT?!?! Are you kidding??? I will never be back to The Skinny Dip. With this attitude, they won't be around...

The flavors are good. And they are honest. Not sure if it's per law or by choice, I am grateful 🙏.

I really liked that they specify that some flavors are artificially flavored. That made me want to read the illegible ingredients list, and I could recognize high fructose corn syrup, among other things.

I had expected healthier ingredients... possibly my expectations were wrong. If you stay away from artificial flavors and high fructose corn syrup this place is not for you.

I must admit that this is the first time I really play much attention to the ingredients in a icecream or frozen treats parlor.. for this reasoni must thank to The Skinny Dip Frozen Yogurt I gained more...

WORST TASTING FROYO EVER!!! Ok I absolutely love frozen yogurt and ice cream but this is truly the worst froyo (or whatever it is) I have ever had in my life! And pricey too! I do not know how this place has so many good reviews but when I say it was bad I mean I had to spit it out. Even my kid thought it was disgusting. Very disappointing! Don’t waste your time going here as there are much better froyo options around and they actually let you sample the flavors. No sampling allowed...
