If I could give negative stars I would. This location used to be the best now with the newer staff it went downhill. This employee named Tristan is the worst, has such an attitude when you ask him to remake your drink after he got it completely wrong twice and he is so messy and clearly he doesn't know what he is doing mixing different milks in the same container that hasn't been washed and spilling things everywhere so degusting and unclean. The milks are always left out for hours and they use that and then have the audacity to say their not perishable. Fair warning if he is working that day don't bother ordering because their is a likely chance of you getting sick from any drink he "tries" to make. The other kid employees have such a rude and uncaring attitude like they are doing you a favor by taking your order, These employees don't know the meaning of customer service, they should not be working in the food service industry. Read moreI did a mobile order that understandably wasn't ready when I got there because it was busy so I stood patiently waiting. A few walk in customers came in and got through ahead of me even though my mobile order was made 10 minutes before. I asked about my order and was told "it should be coming up". A few more orders were processed while I continued to stand there. Finally I see my drink made. Instead of giving it to me the guy just puts it behind him on the pick up counter. I asked him if it was mine and he said yes. So I asked "Can I have it please?". This guy handed it to me and in the most disingenuous high pitched voice said "And have a good day!". I told him don't be rude. He continued going back and forth and I didn't have the time or the interest to engage in his negativity.He either dislikes his job or the pressure of high volumes was affecting his manners. O.k so to add to my previous review, apparently not all starbucks are created equally. I had my very 1st caramel macchiato at a starbucks in Barnes and Nobles Pembroke Commons, it was so delicious that I tried it again at several locations and it was horrible! Especially at both locations on Sheridan Street in Hollywood Fl. I recieved a gift card for starbucks and it was painstaking, every time I dreaded getting my favorite caramel macchiato in fear of disappointment. Anyway, I can say all hope is not lost as I made a purchase in Pembroke Lakes mall. It was so awesome, it restored my hope! I didn't get name of the employee but after my experience I had to go back and thank her for making one of the best I ever had.
