The customer service I received during my recent visit was highly unsatisfactory. The cashier persistently attempted to persuade me to apply for an Old Navy credit card, despite my repeated and polite refusals. His continual insistence, coupled with an excessive focus on promotional savings, created an atmosphere that felt more like an aggressive sales pitch than a genuine effort to provide quality service. This approach was not only inappropriate but also dismissive of my boundaries as a customer. When I later inquired about store policies, the staff appeared uninformed and unable to provide clear answers, further diminishing my confidence in the level of service offered. I, a fat man, found a jacket that I loved! Unfortunately, as a fat man, most pieces of clothing that I find cannot find a home with me...for my many layers of blubber prevent most traditionally made clothes from fitting me.

This is where the experts at the counter came in! Taking care to mention that, while I could not bring that which I desired in their fine establishment home that day, I could easily purchase the jacket online, they immediately made my day!

The woman at the counter not only helped me purchase the items that I was able to find, but she also aided me in finding the jacket online. I walked out of this Old Navy with two new pairs of sweatpants AND a brand new jacket that was on the way to my house!

I had spent $400 at the store and earned $60 in super cash I was a month late with redeeming my super cash so before I can I called I asked if it was possible if I can redeem it even though I was a month late I told her when the cut off date was which was a month and she said sure no problem will look up your receipt by the card that you used as soon as I got there the manager said she gave me the wrong information and there was nothing that they can do and I drove 40 minutes from my house I’m so upset that they couldn’t do anything about this I probably won’t be shopping...
