Went for a new battery and wanted a direct replacement. Battery received turned out to not be a direct replacement even after I insisted. The emoyee at the store insisted it was direct replacement. After going g back home and trying to install it was definitely not a direct replacement. Had to return it. Wasted a lot of my time. Advanced auto right around the corner sold me a DieHard direct replacement battery and all was good. Can't comment on whether or not it's employee's fault at O'Reilly or something in computer was wrong...not my problem, but will not return to O'Reilly Auto Parts. All it takes is one bad event like this for me not to go back. Nobody's going to give me back that...

Fantastic location with people who know what they are doing! Excellent service by manager Noah who assisted me with bringing my very heavy parts out to my vehicle since I was not able to due to my recent back surgery. He was also very kind to offer to put my wiper blades on and install the headlight I needed with no hesitation! I will continue to come back to this amazing parts store for any automotive needs!
