Went here seeking to upgrade the stock radio in my 2010 f150 to a touchscreen radio with back up camera. The first day I went I spoke w Freddy and told me he could do it same day. He gave me a selection of radios to choose from and I chose a cheaper lower grade option, not looking for anything too fancy and trying to stay on a budget. Everything was installed, including new backup camera, same day. Everything worked properly. BUT, I took a long drive that weekend and really got to experience the radio. Started to notice alot of subpar performance. Nothing was wrong w the unit mechanically, just was not living up to my expectations on multiple levels. I spoke w Freddy that following Monday and no questions asked, he let me pick out a better (more expensive) radio and installed it free of charge. I only payed the cost difference between the two units. The new unit is everything I wanted and way more. So to sum - 2 things - A. You will not regret going here for any electronic service on your vehicle. Freddy knows customer service and aims to make his customer happy. B. You get what you pay for lol. When you talk about a shop with integrity and professionalism, you have to give Nunez Electronics every thought you have. Not only did these guys diagnose my issue, but repaired on the spot at a ridiculous price. Most quotes were 1K and up and don’t forget the wait until next week time. I called in the morning and the same day my boat was out the door in 2 hours!!!! That is amazing customer service. Rodrigo and his guys did not try to up sell some ridiculous system. He was spot on with a reasonable priced option that performs flawlessly. These guys don’t play games. They guarantee there work and stand by the level of service. What a great experience. I came from Orlando to visit my family and my brother recommended Nunez Electronics to tint my windows. Freddy and Rodrigo were professional, explained the process and completed the coordination of my tint install without an appointment. The tint was a Valentine's gift for my Wife. The facility was clean and the entire staff was courteous and professional. SR performed my tint install and did a masterful job with the precision and grace of a true craftsman, his attention to detail and after care instructions were on point.
