C.B Smoke Shop — Local services in Homewood

So I spent a lot of money in this vape shop and I come in today and it's not the normal cashier that's in there instead. Is this lady who says she's the manager of the store and i'm asking her Which piece is better and she sells me This piece and I of course I choose the color black. She never told me to look at it before I left or anything so once I get in my car and take it out of the package and look at it i see, how cheaply made it is She charged me $10 for something She probably bought online for one cent. And I can't return it. She will not refund my money or give me anything else for this cheaply. Made thing that she sold me. I miss the old manager abby, she wAs always the best to me and my friends, she even helped out my grandma with finding something that helped her sleep. This might be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a vape shop. On multiple occasions I have been sold vape juice bottles that had been opened before purchase.
