Update: After contacting the corporate office, and posting this review, they reached out to me and wanted to resolve the issue. They offered to replace the faulty battery and low-quality screen with authentic Apple parts. I returned to the store and they did replace the battery and screen at no charge.
Apparently, the two low-level store clerks that I had dealt with, did not handle the situation according to their corporate policy, and the manager apologized for that.

I went in to have a battery replaced in my iPhone 12 mini... they told me they don't use authorized Apple batteries, but the quality and the performance are exactly the same. So I had them put a new battery in, and they broke my screen in the process. Then the guy wanted to charge me for a new screen!!! I refused and after a lengthy discussion he agreed to replace the screen at his cost. Well, of course he put in some cheapo aftermarket screen, and now I have a big black border all around the edge of the screen, which wasn't there with the apple screen.
So now that I've used the phone for a couple months, this brand new battery wears down to under 20% by 5 pm every day, not even with heavy use... no streaming videos, just text, phone calls, email, and a small amount of web browsing. When my phone was new, it would last two days.
I took it back in to complain about it, and a different guys tells me, "yeah, the aftermarket batteries don't last as long, and are a smaller capacity than the Apple battery." Which of course the guy that I dealt with completely lied about.
I will never use this...

I went back because there was still no sound and I can see the metal part in it still. Well he lead to believe that it was supposed to be like that and proceeded to tell me that they donât fix things like that on Amazon tablets. I then asked for a refund and he said no! I had to find another repair store on Gulf to Lake, where they pulled out what actually needed to be taken out. And didnât charge me because he saw the aggravation on my face. Donât come here, unless you wanna be ripped off. Iâve put photos in to show you. The two little pieces is what the guy at Walmart pulled out. And the second photo is what actually needed...
Read moreMy son is 15 and has a job of his own. He paid his own money to get his screen fixed and not even two weeks later the phone screen started cracking in the corner and spidering down, the screen protector was completely in tact! My son also has a case on his phone this entire time and has not dropped the phone at all. The worker had a VERY difficult time repairing the screen to begin with and I'm am certain he left over a Tiny piece of glass! However after speaking with the same guy Zedon (not sure if spelling of is correct) he informed me he would not fix it and my son would have to pay another $150 do yourself a favor and go to someone who actually knows how to replace a phone screen because this guy is not...
