Well I’ll start off with they give amazing pedicures as long as you don’t want anything fancy other than solid polish. Sadly, cute designs they are not good at. The pedicures are the cheapest I’ve found on island and relaxing. The people are friendly and do not rush you.

Now.... I tried to get my nails done today and wanted an ombré with pink and white powder. I had a terrible experience, it was spotty and all you could see was white powder. Tori put the white powder all the way up to my cuticle, which left no room for the pink and all you could see was white under the pink. In the beginning she told me pink and white is $15 extra, okay no problem.... then she told me she would fix the pink at the end with polish, which completely defeats the purpose of POWDER. Let alone I’m not paying $15 extra dollars for powder nails for you to paint over them. Many of my nails are crooked, and the powder is so thick on my nails it looks like I have 7000 coats on polish on my nails. So so disappointed, I ended up having her completely paint over the nails with a darker color to cover up these monstrosity of nails. I was there FOUR hours for a full set, ridiculous. I was there with a friend who got a basic matte solid color manicure, and they managed to mess that up too. They were very streaky and her polish was smudged even after letting them dry for 2 hours while she waited for me. I definitely will not be getting my nails done here again, but maybe for a pedi in the future once I get this experience out...

Tori and Luan own an amazing business with a serene vibe. It is very clean and welcoming. The moment I walked in, Luan greeted me. He offered me something to drink while making conversation. Even though I was a walk-in, I was welcomed and quickly assisted.

Tiffany started my process by starting the removal of my prior dip manicure. She has such a sweet spirit. Even after I was passed off, she continued to check in on me.

Tori did an AWESOME job on my nails. They are beautiful and fun! She took the time to ensure my designs were exactly what I wanted.

Lily completed my pedicure. She did a good job and Tori was there coaching in any way needed. Tori is beyond professional, thorough, and observant. She assists her staff without micromanaging. She sets an atmosphere of attentiveness, by having her staff frequently check on you (even if you are done and waiting on your paint to dry). She wants things done the right way the first time, and for that I am grateful and appreciative.

On Sunday I need to redo my nails and the place that I usually go to the lady I go to wasn’t there. So my husband decided to call around places and we found on that could take us right away. Make story short. My husband and I was very happy and had excellent service. Thank you so much to the owner who did my beautiful nails she took really good care of my hands... Eczema in my hands she good care of me... She is my new nail person I’ll be going back to... excellent service by far... my husband loved his pedicure the girl who did his feet did a awesome job...
