I'm kind of surprised with the amount of boba they gave, especially for an XL size... which wasn't very much! look at my picture! sad. yes, I am comparing to other locations, which gives A LOT more! oh, the paper straw.....lol not a fan of that. anywhere. I have been thinking about getting one of those silicone boba straws... anyway.... As for the smoothie itself, very good as usual. you can really taste the difference with REAL fruit! yum. and it's filled to the top of the cup, to the sealed lid.

They use real fruits in all their drinks, so it’s fresh and you can definitely taste the difference between this place and most places that use powders. Hands down my favorite and best boba spot on island. I got the Coconut smoothie w/Boba and avocado, I recommend mixing the avocado with banana though because by itself is too rich.

Note that drinks are sweetened unless otherwise specified !) inside of a shop specialising in snacks & packaged food mostly from Taiwan and China. To-go only ; the only seating is a little plaza in the middle of the car park.

We've been going here since it opened because..... THEY'RE AWESOME! Fresh fruit is always used, like everywhere else you choose your sweetness preference, they have seasonal local exotic fruits like dragon fruit & soursop, but the best thing here is the CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They're all so pleasant and welcoming, will make your smoothies the way you want. They're knowledgeable about their products all because they're cross-trained to do any position, whether taking orders or jumping in the back to help make the drinks to get them out as quickly as possible.

So anytime you're in the area of City Square, where Chinatown Marketplace is, with Chucky Cheese next door and even Kamehameha Bakery & Young's Fish Market at the opposite end, if you've never been before or are coming back because you know what I'm talking about, stop in for a fresh fruit smoothie or green tea or other drinks with or without Boba & "different than those other snacks" snacks.... I guarantee you'll be greeted with a smile! Enjoy your...

When I used to live in Kalihi, I used to love going to Thang's bubble tea in the same shopping area. Then Shaka Shaka opened up and I loved their real fruit smoothies so much more. They have amazing Mango or Papaya smoothies, those are my faves. Service is amazing, no complaints at all. They also have a stamp card! They seal your drink completely when they make it so you can throw it around with spilling. The cashier always asks if you want a straw in it right away and she'll put it in for you. Highly...
