I can't say enough thank you to Mr Thomas and Mr. Pete for the help they gave me tonight. Something as simple as a battery change that I should be able to do myself was not easy. I got there around 6:30p and by 7:00p. I was done. Mr. Thomas reminded me so much of father who recently passed away with the way he explained what he was doing and why. It really touched my heart. It was humid and icky and neither one of them complained about the temp and just got it done. Mr. Pete was so polite and helpful and I'm honestly so very thankful to them both for the help. It was my son's car and he was able to talk with them by phone (3000 miles away) and felt just as comfortable with "his baby" as I did and that gave me so much peace of mind as well. I haven't always had the best experiences at this store, but I've also have way worse experiences next door and other places locally. It was really nice to just be treated like a person who needed some help and get the help needed. I always come back here because I always get treated better than other places. Tonight was hands down the best service I've gotten in the 20 years I've lived in this area from an auto parts retailer. Who would have thought something so simple would end up touching my heart so much?! God bless Mr. Thomas and Mr. Pete for what they did for us...

Today Friday 3/30/18 I entered the store with my brothers who were fixing my car and only came in to ensure I got the right part. But I’m a regular at this location who they almost know by first name.
Once he showed us where the parts were located he told the manager to “WATCH US”... a customer checking out came to where we were to let us know that we were being “WATCHED”. At that very moment the older gentleman that is the manager/asst was rearranging things at the end of the aisle but never asked if we needed assistance. This is sad the society will still live in. Read moreLet me tell yall, Thomas Eastwood!!! He was assisting us with a Battery Terminal. I came in and he had no issue telling me what needed to be done. As we was working he answered all questions and was explaining as I was watching and learning.
Me having to comeback in the store, Pete was inside assisting me with the parts and trying to figure out nuts and bolts. A customer came in right behind me trying to fill all LIDUIDS in the car and Pete was on it.
All, using are heads and a lot of patience we got the job done. These two O'Reilly's associates made my visit VERY VERY pleasant. Thanks again Thomas and Pete!!! We really appreciate you.
