AT&T Store — Local services in Horizon City

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this AT&T location. Not only were the staff unable to help with my issue, but they also gave me incorrect information that led to even more confusion. Instead of resolving my concern, they signed me up for a completely wrong plan—one that benefits their commission rather than addressing my needs.

I went in expecting professional assistance, but instead I left with a plan I never wanted, and now I’m stuck trying to get it fixed. The lack of transparency and the obvious push to make a sale rather than helping the customer is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for honest and helpful service. The couple times I have visited this store I haven’t had the best of luck with the employee Marissa. She isn’t very knowledgeable or helpful. I basically have to tell her to sell me things. (Don’t know why she is still hired it I’m being honest. )

Horrible service they give false promises !! Told us a certain price then it was not correct. Came back to talk to manager Josh and was told sorry my employee spoke wrong there is nothing that can be done. Asked to speak to district manager and was told by the store manager Josh that it was impossible and I could not escalate any further!
