Panda Express — Restaurant in Horizon City

Update: This place is still terrible. Girl at the drive-thru kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me finish my order. She needs to chill out. I asked for fried rice and she gave me white rice at that point I didn’t even feel like correcting her since she just kept cutting me off. If she would shut up for a bit she could’ve heard me properly.

Girl at the drive thru had a short attention span. Asked twice for green tea with boba and handed it to us with the boba in a separate container claiming she didn’t know I wanted it with boba, they also gave me a boba straw but with a soda lid and that just makes a big mess. I also ordered a bowl of Beijing beef and fried rice and only got four pieces of beef. Employees are clearly young and lowly educated but the fault falls on the managers for their poor training. Anisah B. kept rushing me through my order, asking "is that it?"Very quickly after I would talk. We get to the window she quickly tells me the total and takes the money, says nothing, and slams the window. I had ordered a panda milk tea hot without the boba pearls and she gave me an iced panda milk tea with boba. I told her that was incorrect and she hissed, took it from my hand, and shuts the window NOT SAYING A WORD. The manager helped me out when there was an issue with my order, so I really am grateful for that, but it was after hours and it went to the gas station down the street. I realized I left my phone at Panda Express, so I called my phone, and it rang a couple of times, but it went straight to voicemail thereafter, realizing that someone had turned off my phone. I rushed to Panda Express. A lady in uniform opened the door, and we asked her if somebody had turned in my phone. She kept looking behind her and then drew out my phone from the back of her pocket.
