Burlington — Local services in Hot Springs

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! 3 days ago I went there and spent $100. One of the things I bought was a hoodie. After getting home I realized that I needed a bigger size. I didn’t take the tag off or anything so today I go to return it and hopefully exchange it for a bigger size. I go into the store to the checkout counter and give the girl the hoodie and the receipt. She then tells me that the hoodie is not on that receipt so she calls a manager over and tells him what’s going and tells him to look at the cashier name on the receipt and that maybe it was a user error and not a mistake on my part. The manager says “I don’t want to lose my job so we’re supposed to say no.” So due to the fact of a Burlington employee making a mistake I get punished for it? I’m the one who walked into to the store, picked out items, and then paid for the items and your employee is the one who made the mistake not me. I need a bigger size and I can’t even get that? Horrible customer service and terrible way to treat people that spend their hard own money at your store. Well you can BEST BELIEVE I will NEVER spend another penny in this place! This place just opened and already needs to be shut down! Shame on...

I've never been to Burlington hot springs ark. I called March 27 2025 to see if they any electric buggies or wheelchair ♿️ for handicap. The poor girl said no, just hand baskets and reg shopping carts. I said please tell your manager I was going to come 😒 but now I can't! That's a Burlington problem or something who doesn't have any help for handicap???? Do NOT SHOP THERE...
