Geek Squad — Local services in Hot Springs

I have not purchased but a very few items from this company. However, paul and Andrew delivered a washer and dryer to my neighbor a few weeks back, and my son hit them up for the left over boxes. They ask me if i cared and I assured them it was fine. My son had a a blast and even slept outside on the porch in one several nights. The best part of this whole story is that these 2 guys remembered how happy and excited he was about getting the boxes that today when they had another delivery on the area they stopped by to say hey and offer him another box. His day couldn't have gotten much more exciting. So, i got nothing on the products or services offered but will tell you Paul and Andrew are 2 stars at Geek Squad and amazing gems to a kid who needs a little extra from time to time. Thanks guys! There is a special under the gaurd of the angels for guys like you. We look forward to visits any time...

I took a printer in to be repaired. The message on the computer was that the ink cartridge assembly was defective. This had happened to me before and I replaced the assembly myself and I told them that would probably be the case. Because the printer was under warranty, I needed Best Buy to do it an submit a bill. They charged me for a membership which they said would cover the repair and they were certain it could be repaired. They did not fix it because it needed a new assembly and they do not replace parts. I asked for my membership fee back and the Geek Squad manager said the fee was non-refundable. I got the store manager involved and he gave me a number to call to get the refund - which I received a couple of weeks later. I have used Geek Squad for years but will never do so again. Can't say enough about the Geek Squad. Francisco helped me on 11/8 to setup my computer accts. But, he is not alone in the friendly and professional help I have gotten from Shaun M. , Jayden, Gab to name just a few of the staff.

Highly recommend scheduling appts plus TotalTech if your devices if you require lots of help and service.
