Fire-Grilled T-Bone and the Outlaw Ribeye are both a must try 😎😎😎...
Special thanks to Leticia and the staff at Longhorn Steakhouse in Hot Springs, Arkansas, for providing my family with a memorable dining experience. We had the pleasure of trying a variety of dishes, but three items stood out: the Outlaw Ribeye, the Fire-Grilled T-Bone, and the Redrock Grilled Shrimp. Let me share our thoughts on each of them.
First and foremost, the Outlaw Ribeye was a true delight. Cooked to perfection, this thick and juicy steak was bursting with flavor. The marbling on the ribeye ensured that every bite was tender and succulent. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it. It was served sizzling hot, and the combination of the caramelized crust and the melt-in-your-mouth texture made it a memorable dish. The portion size was generous, leaving us all satisfied and craving more.
Next up, the Fire-Grilled T-Bone was equally impressive. The T-Bone steak was cooked to our preferred doneness, and the grill marks added a delightful smoky flavor. The meat was incredibly tender, and the combination of the strip and filet sides provided a wonderful contrast in texture. The seasoning complemented the steak beautifully, enhancing its natural flavors. It was a true carnivore's dream come true.
Moving on to the Redrock Grilled Shrimp, it was a delightful seafood option that pleased even the non-steak lovers in our group. The shrimp were grilled to perfection, resulting in a slight char on the outside while retaining their juiciness. The seasoning brought out the flavors of the shrimp without overpowering them, allowing the natural sweetness to shine through. The dish was served with a delicious dipping sauce, adding an extra layer of tanginess and depth to the overall experience.
Throughout our dining experience, Leticia and the staff at Longhorn Steakhouse went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, adding to the overall enjoyment of our meal.
In conclusion, our visit to Longhorn Steakhouse in Hot Springs, Arkansas, was a resounding success, thanks in large part to the Outlaw Ribeye, Fire-Grilled T-Bone, and Redrock Grilled Shrimp. These dishes showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff and left us craving for more. Coupled with the exceptional service provided by Leticia and the rest of the team, it was an experience we will cherish. Read moreI've been to Longhorn five or six times over the last few year. the first time I received my porterhouse steak I requested medium rare and received rare and send it back. The next time I ordered medium and got medium rare which is what I wanted, but I did notice thickness of the meat was good. The next couple of times I was impressed. But this last time and once before I have found that the meat was getting to thin, no more than 1/4 inch thick. (Saw on Food Channel a porterhouse between 3/4 or 1/2" thick) And it was overcooked which is easy to do when the meat is that thin. I did not complain at the time because I didn't want to thank that I was looking for something more than to let you all know. I do not like the thickness of your meat the last two times. I had order a porterhouse every time I go. I know you go by weight so maybe to make a smaller around and thicker would be preferable to the Big, thin, flat piece of meat that was on my plate, or maybe go up on your 20 oz restriction. Having it floating in a pool of butter, doesn't help. So if you start cutting your meat thicker let me know and I may come back one more try.
You had better look out Colton's, and especially you Longhorn. There's a new Steakhouse in town and it's called Texas Roadhouse! This place beats you both in all categories. The food, the wait staff, the $Prices$ and the very friendly environment, beats both of you in every way. It takes a Texas Roadhouse to show Arkansas what a steak house should be. If there's anyone out there that has eaten there and can say there is a better place, please tell me! For I would like to see heaven. But as far as on Earth, there is no equal, hands down! Thank you Texas Roadhouse for giving me a great place to enjoy good food. Believe me, I will return to you, again and...
Read moreI'm giving this a four star review based on a collective experience at Longhorn Steakhouse. I have had some horrible experiences at this location with my mother and father due to very inattentive waitresses who could not see that I was desperately needing a refill as I was choking. This review mostly applies to take out which I would give a solid four star review. I have ordered from them many times surf and turf and the bar is very nice to wait at they are very nice to give you a courtesy drink while you're waiting I'm talking a soft drink not alcohol although I could have purchased one but that would be irresponsible as I was taking my food to go. I have also ordered from their competitor Outback and Outback has let me down Long Horn has always been spot-on. Not going to go into a lengthy review I can just say the restaurant is clean the staff is nice but is inadequate during a heavy Rush and on one particular visit was inadequate even during a 4 p.m. very slow time. Perhaps they were upset that I did not order food at 4 p.m. but I ordered a soft drink and I needed to take medication I gave up on getting any refills and took my medication dry started choking and literally had to run to the bar to get a refill was it life-or-death absolutely not but it was very obvious that I was flagging down the waitress pointing to my throat and holding up my glass and she pretended like I did not exist I can't fault a restaurant for one waitress that's why I'm not giving it less than 4 stars let's just say it was a bad experience that time all of my carryout orders have been spot-on and fantastic never missing anything always handled in a timely manner and a professional bar staff or if you want to call them...
