Five Below — Local services in Hot Springs

Don't recommend a pick-up I don't work in hot springs but my husband does so I sent him my order number and pick it up....well no one was at the front for like 15 min...ok ...then when she did come up she told him he had to have my ID ok...sent that to him then they couldn't do that so I asked to speak to her and explained ...she said I had to come in ( I remained nice the whole time) so I ask for the manager number so maybe I could explained it to him...never gave it to me but she called him...and he said it was OK 👍...but still she made my husband get his ID ...he gave her the ID and finally gave him the item with attitude...he gets to the truck with my stuff and only have 2 of the 6 items 🙄🤯he went back in and they told him the other item aren't in stock...but my account is pending the whole amount...😶😒frustrating....I've had easier time with walmart.. even when the item is $400, $600... A 2 minute pick-up turned into a 20...

Went to the store in hot springs ar usually I like going there. Today was a totally different experience normally we go shop and I check out me and my daughter and we are on our way. Today they had ALL registers closed except one and I was forced to let him check us out. Then never got asked how I wanted to answer the survey questions to get my receipt he just automatically clicked yes for was he friendly or whatever and by the time I put my card in the card reader he had already punched buttons on the screen made me uncomfortable with the whole experience. This place is phenomenal! They have so much cool stuff and often you can get some electronics, painting supplies or other craft items, pet supplies or home decor for way cheaper than anywhere else! Just fair warning...your gonna see alot you like and it can add up quick so be prepared for that walking in but it's totally worth it especially if you have a set list, budget and can stick to them. I recommend browsing online first youre local store to see what they have. You can even order online and pick up or have it shipped. That always saves me from...
