I always enjoyed Panda Express until the past couple of months. Tonight I online ordered a meal to be ready at 7:15pm. When I walked in at 7:21pm I had to wait behind 6 patrons who had neither pre paid nor pre ordered their meals. After those 6 were served an associate asked if she could help me. She proceeded to tell me that my order had been thrown away because it was cold and would have to be made new. She then waited on 3 more customers before making mine. Online I had requested sweet and sour sauce then in person I reminded her that I needed sweet and sour sauce for my egg rolls to which she replied "yes, Im getting it". I finally got my order at 7:38, 23 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I drove 8 miles home only to discover my $45 order was not correct, it was missing things and had some things we didn't order. I had to drive 8 miles back to get the sweet and sour sauce... when I finally got home my meal was cold which was the same excuse I was given at 7:21 so either way my meal was cold. The woman who took care of me on both visits told me there are no local employees, that she and 3 others are actually employed at another Panda Express in Arkansas. I was told the owner refuses to shut down although they have no actual manager or employees on site.
Just wow. I think I'll wait a few months. If we are dying for orange chicken that badly I'll just make it. Oh and the cashew chicken really had peanuts without a disclosure for...

The food was great as always but one of the cooks seemed to have other things on his mind... Like visiting people out in the dining area or standing by the register. The two gentleman up front preparing people's orders seemed scrambled because food wasn't coming out fast enough. They constantly were telling back to the cook what they needed, but rarely got what was asked for. I had placed an online order at about 7:50/8:00pm. The email said my order would be ready by 8:16pm. I waited until 8:20 to leave my house, arrived at 8:25pm and still had to wait until 8:45p for my food. Then got to the car and realized some of the apple pies were missing. Then waited for those to be cooked and packaged for me. I was irritated and the two gentleman upfront could see that, however they were apologizing frequently as it was somewhat out of their control due to the cook not paying attention. There was another cook(a woman) she was on the left side of the kitchen. Not sure what her assigned take were, she was doing things but didn't seem to be in correlation to the immediate food that needed preparing(maybe she was prepping for the next day since it was...
Read moreMy recent visit to this Panda Express was a big regret when I chosen them over other traditional chinese restaurant for family meal. I requested them to get me fresh food made for my order because they latterly were almost out of food in their serving station. They only me made one fresh entree (Honey Walnut Shrimp) only because they had none left in serving bowls in front. For rest of my 2 entrees & 2 sides they scrapped everything out to fill the to go box containers. When I got home, I was pretty disappointed for what I got for $40. Box containers they put the food in were not full as normally I find them from other traditional chinese restaurants. Food in the containers were inch to 2 inches down from the top & broccoli beef container had 80% broccoli with about 20% beef which normally should be 50-50. Normally when I buy $30-$40 food from other chinese restaurants, it feeds my family of 2 adult & 3 kids very well leaving lot of food for next meal but the food I got from them barely was enough for one time as kids was asking for more to eat but had nothing left. I just felt I wasted my money & got cheated, not going there...
