To the sweet employee who saw me struggling with my two year old yesterday THANK YOU! We had initially made a stop in for garlic bread for dinner that night along with flowers and a card for our neighbor who was recently diagnosed with cancer. My son was looking forward to getting to pick out flowers for our neighbor. But, the moment he saw the candy at checkout he began to throw a tantrum that we all know a two year old has the greatest ability to through. In between trying to push a cart out, hold a vase of flowers, carry the one bag of food items for dinner, and the holding strongest thrashing two year old known to man this sweet employee came around and offered my son a free balloon. He was the happiest kid ever! She then RAN to find me a container for the vase of flowers that way they would travel easier. Then allowed me to leave my cart at the end of checkout so I could exit the store with a little more ease. I hope you know that you are a saint! Every child has their moments and mine decided his was yesterday and this woman found us at what was nearly my breaking point and I can’t thank her enough for her gestures. Those few moments were exactly what we both needed and reminded of the great people we have in this world. So, to the woman who was helping near self checkout around 4:00 PM on July 27th, 2024 you need a raise. I hope that management sees this and rewards you the way I wish I could have in that moment. Also, please know that blue shark “Happy Birthday” balloon is traveling home with us today as we speak.

I do not understand why people use the big Wally-world across the street. I have shared a photo of my total order along with the receipt. Everything I bought was less than $10. The same groceries across the street would be more than $25. Kroger regularly takes care of their best customers and the store is friendly and casual. The cheese tasting was excellent and their party platters start at about $15. They are perfect for meetings and church groups and cost less than buying all of the ingredients separately. This is THE full service place to be. If you want hustle-bustle and bullies go across the street if you want that hometown feel and fair prices this is where you want to be.

This is the town's nicest Kroger and it's rather big. It stocks a little more of everything and I love the clearance. It's clean and always easy to get a cart. It also uses the app and you can check out faster. The app works extremely well at the self-checkout where you can pay though the phone securely and never need to touch a card or germy cash. That app makes the checkout very fast. Also, coupons can be clipped from the app making things super easy.

I would like to begin with the positive. The ladies and gentlemen you have as employees are among those the individuals other companies search to recruit. Each one of them represents your company well. However, I am saddened to say the company has not only let the loyal employees down, they have also let the dedicated customers down. The store, once a showpiece, is now nothing more than a bargain bin for product and produce. The store once filled with pride, is now reduced to nothing more than a churched up Walmart. I am truly saddened to see such decline. I gladly pay the higher prices for organic and healthy options for my family. However, the items in the organic, fresh produce often spoil in less than 5 days of purchase. Many in less than 2 days after purchase. This is a budget disaster most families simply can not afford. I have brought the concerns to the store leadership only to be provided with, ‘the trucks are coming in frozen’ as an answer. This is simply unacceptable. By the time we add up the money, travel and deductions for the spoiled produce, our families dollar goes farther diving the extra miles to Wholefoods to purchase the same products, but in better conditions than our...

I received almost aggressively rude service ,I was doing my monthly shopping early wed morning following Thanksgiving,so store was mostly empty. And from a big man in meat department.his tag said Tommy.was blatantly rude,it was over seen by another smaller older man that had said hello good morning, alsoeat dept.but about 8 feet away with I smile. He was almost abusively rude.i found a spiral ham wrapped in plastic,it was the size I needed and it wasn't priced,I said good morning.ignored,I said excuse me could you help me.again ignored,I walked over with 12 pound ham in hand and said again would you please help me.he let out an audible sigh of disappointment.i said the ham doesn't have a price on it,would you please tell me why it's in plastic and how much it is?had a hole in it.short and gruff.i pursue my second question.follow me he said,as he proceeded into kitchen.i stopped at doorway.standing there exactly still and quite.he comes over with price gun thing.no works because of plastic.he snatched the ham and slammed it on the counter, scratched the plastic like a wild animal, and told me to back off.he priced and almost threw it at...
