To the sweet employee who saw me struggling with my two year old yesterday THANK YOU! We had initially made a stop in for garlic bread for dinner that night along with flowers and a card for our neighbor who was recently diagnosed with cancer. My son was looking forward to getting to pick out flowers for our neighbor. But, the moment he saw the candy at checkout he began to throw a tantrum that we all know a two year old has the greatest ability to through. In between trying to push a cart out, hold a vase of flowers, carry the one bag of food items for dinner, and the holding strongest thrashing two year old known to man this sweet employee came around and offered my son a free balloon. He was the happiest kid ever! She then RAN to find me a container for the vase of flowers that way they would travel easier. Then allowed me to leave my cart at the end of checkout so I could exit the store with a little more ease. I hope you know that you are a saint! Every child has their moments and mine decided his was yesterday and this woman found us at what was nearly my breaking point and I canât thank her enough for her gestures. Those few moments were exactly what we both needed and reminded of the great people we have in this world. So, to the woman who was helping near self checkout around 4:00 PM on July 27th, 2024 you need a raise. I hope that management sees this and rewards you the way I wish I could have in that moment. Also, please know that blue shark âHappy Birthdayâ balloon is traveling home with us today...

I would like to begin with the positive. The ladies and gentlemen you have as employees are among those the individuals other companies search to recruit. Each one of them represents your company well. However, I am saddened to say the company has not only let the loyal employees down, they have also let the dedicated customers down. The store, once a showpiece, is now nothing more than a bargain bin for product and produce. The store once filled with pride, is now reduced to nothing more than a churched up Walmart. I am truly saddened to see such decline. I gladly pay the higher prices for organic and healthy options for my family. However, the items in the organic, fresh produce often spoil in less than 5 days of purchase. Many in less than 2 days after purchase. This is a budget disaster most families simply can not afford. I have brought the concerns to the store leadership only to be provided with, âthe trucks are coming in frozenâ as an answer. This is simply unacceptable. By the time we add up the money, travel and deductions for the spoiled produce, our families dollar goes farther diving the extra miles to Wholefoods to purchase the same products, but in better conditions than our...
