This occurred 6/24/25. My husband ordered two medium sandwiches, a cookie, and a drink at 7:00PM. The timer said it would be finished by 7:25PM. I pulled into the firehouse parking lot at 7:25PM, walked into the store thinking it would be ready to be picked up. To my surprise, there were two younger ladies working when I walked in. They both ignored me, looked me dead in the eyes, and would turn around and continue to ignore me. After 3 minutes of waiting at the mobile order station , I walked over to the ordering station to let them know I had a mobile order. It took an additional 2 minutes for someone to even talk to me. The lady at the register asked me what I was needing, and I replied that I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 7:25. She looked at the other girl and laughed. She then asked the girl cooking if my order was finished. The other woman cooking the sandwiches said, no with a shake of her head (no words). I stood there and waited until 7:55PM before my meal was given to me. Marshall was a worker that came in around 7:45 or so, after a break I presume. However, he got going on the order and I finally got my food at 7:55. Those two girls were rude, with terrible customer service . They made me feel as if I was in the wrong for them not doing their jobs. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed in this particular firehouse, but today that has all changed due to the poor customer service shown by those two young ladies. I love the food here and so does my husband, but we won’t stand for that kind of...
Read moreSoooooo much better than Subway- hands down. There is seriously so much meat and filling that you don’t even need to pay extra for more. Plus the sub is so warm (steamed 🥰), flavorful with their own creative fillings and sauces- they are perfect the way they are. Personally I feel like less is more here when it comes to toppings. Sure everyone loves a supreme time to time but you really get the flavor profiles that compliment the sauces and the delicious bread when you pick just a few toppings, like grilled onions and peppers for example. For a chain this sub place takes the cake all day! I got the New York Steamer which is corned beef and pastrami with a delicious Mayo and Italian dressing. Honestly I’m not a big sandwich eater but I seriously craved one the next day. It is like the dinner sub of subs, where others taste like skimpy hot and cold mix of a salad on bread you have to toast to be warmed. Also, you get a pickle and If getting a soda, the Coke is super cold and fresh tasting. Craving a sub from a chain, please do yourself a favor- go here. NOTE: they have awesome unique sauces in To go packets like A1, sriracha, Texas...
Read moreI love Firehouse Subs. This franchised store often has ran out of meats needed for their sandwiches. I would have given it 4 starts when I first started going here, but it was when most stores had punch cards and they would not and do not honor national promotions. About 1 out of three sandwiches have been dried out, or had a lot of gristle. If you eat at Firehouse stores, you know that you pay a lot more for their subs and expect food quality to reflect the price. I have recently tried them again, with new managers, and the food has been better. We shall see if they keep a friendly atmosphere and food quality up. They usually have all the hot sauce and spicy selection you could want, which is a good thing. I stay cautiously optimistic, but only time will tell. It's a better than average sub shop overall, as a franchise goes, but it is not like a New York deli sandwich. In all fairness, those family deli's are hard to find now days. Overall, higher...
