Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hot Springs

We placed 2 pickup orders (me and my girlfriend) via the Popeyes app for drive thru. Arrived to pick up our orders. Was asked to pull forward, which is typically expected as they tend to cook per order. After about a 10 min wait a lady came and told us the cook didn't drop the chicken for our 2nd order and would be about 15 more mins.

After a total wait of about 30 mins our orders were brought out. We drove away thinking surely they had everything included.

Got down the road a noticed they didn't include our spicy chicken sandwich. We turned around and went back. Advised that they didn't give us our spicy chicken sandwich even after the long wait. Gave us our "spicy" chicken sandwich, which after our 30 min drive home was just a regular chicken sandwich. Customer service was terrible. No sorry, we apologize for the inconvenience for messing up your order.

Only positive thing about our experience was after arriving home the food was still hot. Make sure you double check your order...

It is great for the price bathroom was a little less of a show so you may want to hold it. Staff was very nice no over talking and distributing each other they did their job very well and eating area was ok. I dont mind the TV with the game on but I liked it better with it the TV because a great southern shop/ eatery like this is about family and it is nice to be able to sit down at a place and not have to have a TV playing in the background. The strawberry pie they make is to die for. And chicken with a touch of honey on it ( I get the spicey) and is superb and the blackened ranch goes great with the mild chicken as well and if you have any extra blackened ranch save it and slap it on a salad because it is great. But you can never go wrong with spicy chicken with honey and a nice cold ice free coke with lemon in it and a blackened ranch and the season fries is a meal right here. The cashier was nice and actually knew how to count change but the kitchen crew was a total cluster... It was over an hour till closing time when I ordered, they didn't have any of what I ordered so they had to cook it, a group of 6-7 people came in right after I ordered and they were out of some of what they wanted to order. I waited over 20 minutes and they had 2 of my four dinners ready but had put the wrong sauce in and of course was out of what I wanted... The lady I assumed was manager was spazzing and the whole operation was totally a S#!t show. Not to mention, their chicken tenders were tiny... I could lay 5 of them side by side and my 67-year-old granny hand was bigger... the sides were only about half full... I guess that's one way to boost your bottom line... But only...
