I just got on the Aldi bandwagon and I truly think the store as a whole is fantastic which is why I didnt give 1 star. I usually do pickup orders from HEB but decided to try a pickup order at this location... Unfortunately, I had over 10 items missing. I'm a mom of 3 little ones including a newborn so it's not easy to turn right around and go to the store again. I'm not commenting to bash this location, I'm hoping that this review helps alert the right ppl to train properly and thoroughly. There were two ppl that came out to my car and they barely said hello. They never updated us on what was exchanged which maybe not their procedure but ok... The lady just hit our button to close the trunk and attempted to walk away quickly and my husband had to say "ummm thanks... anything else..." Read moreI had one of the most unpleasant experience as a customer. Cashier Jessica was extremely demeaning and curt towards me. This is not the first time I have experienced her awful attitude and because of this have chosen to shop at different Aldi.However, I decided to shop at this store this morning. Her approach towards customers especially minorities, is usually very dismissive and unfriendly. Whether it's a personal bias or she is having a bad day, customers should not have such an encounter, especially since she's the last contact before leaving the store . She went out of her way to be rude to me and her actions were very hurtful. This location is probably the WORST customer service I’ve yet to experience as a consumer. The check out was chaos. One lady closed her register refusing to assist with the long line and the other register associate was visibly frustrated. I worked in customer service for a very long time, i understand the days get long and stressful but this woman was ridiculous. I even felt the need to apologize because by the time i got up to ring up she rolled her eyes and huffed. I said “ I’m so sorry” gently and she said “ for what?” Very rude.
