Manager was very rule (Addi)...got there on time for my appointment still had to wait, no one told me I had to wait no apologies from the manager. By the time it was time to pick out the pictures my daughter was sleepy, hungry and all over the place. Picking my pictures out and for the greeting card portion I pick out greeting card with 3 slots for pictures on it. Tim said that can't be done I had to pick a greeting card with one picture per the manager if I'm getting the special only. I said can you please go get your manager, she came over and said I couldn't pick a 3 slot greeting card, told me I can only pick the greeting card with only one picture if I m only purchasing the special I said before I was allowed to pick any I said why and when did it change. She said when she became manager it change, that she change the rules and walked away. Nasty attitude and horrible...

James Avery is normally my favorite place not at this location. The cashier on this day made me feel some kind of way. I had purchase some items that needed to be returned. I had my receipt with the items. The cashier/ manager didn't say anything to me when I handed her my receipt she just walked off. After waiting for a while my son had to use the restroom and they didn't have one. I was trying to ask what was going on and what was taking so long in the back. So I could take my child to the restroom. I was then informed that they might have to give me a check for my purchase which I paid cash for.....My thing was communication which the cashier/ manager didn't do and was rude by leaving me...

This rating is for the Randall's part of the plaza. Randall's is a very clean and highly staffed store. Also they put in a Starbucks that opens real soon but I went in to sell my gift card and it wouldn't read my card and when I asked for assistance the answer I got the most was I don't know. Well at least direct me in the right direction because it is operating out of your store so I would imagine if it broke you would want it fixed since it also brings in some type of revenue for you.
