Los Primos Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Houston

I wanted to like this place because it’s gonna be close to where my mom is living. But the food has absolutely no flavor. The service was amazing and very attentive, but unfortunately, the food is a dealbreaker for me.

I ordered the flautas and they had promise but when I bit into them, they were so dry and bland. My sister had the burrito the ground beef and said they tasted a little bit like fish, which is really strange when she ordered ground beef. Mind you she hates fish so there’s that.

Ordering from Los Primos was an excellent decision. This was my first experience with their cuisine, and I am pleased to report that the food exceeded my expectations. I tried the beef enchiladas, which were perfectly seasoned. The rice and beans complemented the meal wonderfully, and their made-to-order guacamole was simply delightful.
