Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Houston

Very disappointed in Baskin Robbins on Kingwood Dr. Spoke to the manager about bringing a group of mentally challenged adults to the store to celebrate National Ice Cream Day. I asked for a discount as this group is on a fixed income. She said she needed to check with owner but did not see a problem and to call her after 11. Called and confirmed with manager Cynthia on the discounted price. Spent the next two weeks preparing our guys for the outing. Practiced with group ordering their favorite ice cream. Worked on paying and getting change back. They were so excited and today is finally here for ice cream. Unfortunately, when our group arrived, Cynthia remembered nothing about our conversation. Our group brought money and was prepared to pay the agreed upon amount. The difference was $.30 per person. Our group left heartbroken that they were not going to have their ice cream celebration. Manger Cynthia made no attempt to help our group by offering to correct the situation. So Baskin Robbins in Kingwood lost a $30+ sale over $3.90. Baskin Robbins is a loser in our book. Went in today greeted by two individuals who seemed like they hated their jobs. No smile, no basic friendly customer service. We ordered our ice cream with the girl who had a look on her face that we were annoying her. After we got our stuff I realized I didn't get my mint choc chip, I got choc chip. I went to the girl and told her, she very rudely told me they didn't have it. So, I just stood there. Then the other girl yelled over her and told me I didn't ask for that flavor. I told her I only order that flavor. She said, well what do you want. I told her, and she handed it to me. Nothing...just a cold stare. So I said you know you could say thank you or smile. She then raised her voice at me and told me it is not her job to smile if she doesn't want to and walked away. . I paid $20.00 for 3 kids and myself to have ice cream. What a terrible experience. We will not be back to...

The service here is amazing. Every time I go in I'm greeted by the person behind the counter with a smile. They allow you to have samples of flavors you're unsure about and if you haven't seen their cakes you should ask to see them. I ordered one for my mom for mother's day because they are so beautiful. The place is always so clean and I've been satisfied with not only their service, but their ice cream as well. Natali is one of the girls that works there and not to brag about her but she's pretty freaking awesome and so is the manager Cynthia. If you cant tell i go here a lot. I cant recommend this Baskin-Robbins location enough! If you have had a bad experience, I'm positive your next visit will be so...
